Last Sunday, 9/19, the Cumbre
Vieja volcano began erupting....it's located on the Spanish
island of La Palma in the Canary Islands.
To date (9/25), experts are saying
that "the volcano had entered a new explosive phase" as
rivers of lava and explosions intensified Friday night - the
volcano has "entered its most explosive phase so far."

Experts are worried that acid rain will fall due to the forming of sulphur dioxide clouds. "The eruption of the Cumbre Vieja volcano began on Sunday and has continued since, releasing some 6,000 - 11,500 tonnes of sulphur dioxide every day. ....According to estimates made by local volcanologists, the eruption could last "between 24 and 84 days".

"Sulphur dioxide is highly soluble
in water and when dispersed into the atmosphere it combines
with atmospheric water vapor and forms sulphuric acid at a

There are various live feeds that
are following the volcanic activity:
There has been controversial
reports coming out over the years about a future eruption
possibly causing a large amount of rock/soil to fall into
the sea, causing a mega-tsunami.
Some researchers dispute this,
saying "...there would have to be an exceptionally
high-magnitude earthquake coupled with large-magnitude
volcanic eruption....to meet conditions close to
instability..."

And some say it
is possible: "Geological
evidence suggests that in a future eruption, the Cumbre
Vieja volcano on the island of La Palma could experience a
catastrophic bankruptcy on its west flank, throwing
between 150 and 500 cubic kilometers of rock into the
sea...."
This would cause a tsunami that
could hit parts of the African coast, England, Spain,
Portugal...and travel across the Atlantic and hit our east
coast - where we have some 7 nuclear power plants and many
large cities/ports. Our east coast is highly
populated.
This wall of water across the
Atlantic would travel "faster than an airplane" and reach
the coast in about 9 hours.
"A computer simulation designed by
the Benfield Hazard Research Center in London and the
University of California also indicate that the waves that
would derive from the impact of such a piece of land against
the sea surface would spread beyond the Canary Islands,
towards the United States, Europe and Brazil, affecting a
total of 100 million people."

Years ago, when John Paul II was
Pope, I remember reading an article about reporters hounding
him about what he knew about the Third Secret of Fatima. I
remember him saying something to the effect, "What do you
care about millions of people drowning on the
coastlines." Years later I considered Cumbre Vieja a
possible candidate for causing 'millions of people to drown
on the coastlines." After John Paul II was shot, the
Vatican, in 2000, declared THAT to be the Third
Secret. Which I most vehemently disagree with.
Father Malachi Martin, a
well-known Jesuit priest, author and a professor at the
Vatican's Pontifical Biblical Institute, had read the Third
Secret of Fatima - he said (and I heard him say this in an
interview on CoasttoCoastAM many years ago) "The Third
Secret of Fatima was your worst nightmare, multiplied
exponentially."

mega-tsunamis with the capacity to cross oceans can only be

In reading Revelation 8 about the
seven angels with the seven trumpets - I thought that the
'mountain burning with fire', turning the sea to blood,
destroying ships and living creatures was a meteor or some
such from space. Maybe not:
Revelation 8:8-9 tells us
about "The second angel sounded his trumpet and
something like a great mountain burning with fire was
thrown into the sea, and a third of the sea became
blood, a third of the living creatures in the sea died,
and a third of the ships were destroyed."
This
is how a volcanic eruption could destroy sea life:
"Volcanic eruptions have the
ability to deposit large quantities of sulphuric acid into
marine ecosystems...Sulphur dioxide as well as sulphuric
acid has a detrimental impact on living organisms both
terrestrial and marine...Sulphuric acidic rain expelled over
land affects large populations of terrestrial based
organisms, especially humans." Carbon dioxide is also
released in large quantities by volcanic eruptions.
"Carbon dioxide causes widespread detrimental impacts on
earth's biosphere."
"When volcanic ash clouds move
over bodies of water, hydrogen fluoride can be precipitated
out of the cloud into the water; the body of water then
becomes contaminated with toxic levels of hydrogen
fluoride. Reservoirs and ground water, in which human
populations utilized, are contaminated by hydrogen
fluoride." Outgassing by volcanoes of hydrogen
fluoride can result in death of animals/people.
"Hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen
chloride, and bromide oxide are three other volcanic
aerosols...Hydrogen fluoride and hydrogen chloride are both
compounds outgassed into the atmosphere where they dissolve
in water droplets; once these two compounds are introduced
to water vapor they become hydrofluoric and hydrochloric
acids where they eventually fall towards the earth's surface
as acid rain. Hydrogen fluorde is another exceedingly
harmful gas released during volcanism...This gas is
extremely toxic in high concentrations and is absorbed into
the volcanic ash...When fluoride laden ash particles settle
on earth's surface, the surrounding biosphere is
detrimentally affected. Hydrogen chloride is as
harmful as hydrogen fluoride. - it is poisonous and can
cause pulmonary edema and laryngeal spasm. Hydrogen
chloride added to water droplets in the air forms acidic
rain - hydrochloric acid is an extremely strong acid and can
destroy all agriculture in the area. Bromine oxide
react with ozone and breaks it down - destruction of the
ozone layer can results in all kinds of harm to humans,
plants and marine ecosystems.

We can certainly see how a
mega-tsunami could destroy ships.
Here is a map showing the
position of buoys - these detect changes in the height of
the water due to tsunamis. Most are right along our
east coast..that doesn't look like much warning
time. And that one buoy in the mid-Atlantic cuts
that nine hour warning time in half. How high will a
tsunami be? The buoys could tell us. I've seen
guesses for the height of a mega-tsunami from 30 feet to
hundreds of feet high hitting our Atlantic coast.

But what about a volcanic eruption

Right now there are several
volcanoes erupting around the world; Mt. Etna erupted on
September 21. This link shows the volcanic activity

IF the Tribulation is close to
starting, how soon to the blowing of the seven
trumpets? There would be the first trumpet, and then
the second trumpet: will this series of volcanic
eruptions of Cumbre Vieja culminate in a 'mountain of fire
being thrown into the sea'? Resulting in destruction
of sea life, ships, and the sea turning red? The fulfillment
of the Third Secret of Fatima? And Revelation 8:8-9?
I do not believe
that it will take years to get through the seven trumpets
or the vials or the bowls - they could happen in quick
succession.
I heard that the White House last
Sunday, following the first eruption of Cumbre Vieja, had an
emergency meeting. I would think there would be
concern of a worst case scenario occurring...with FEMA and
other emergency organizations being given a heads up..just
in case.
Right now, September 25, it's
being reported that the Spanish Military (Spanish UME -
Military Emergency Unit) is "operating drones to obtain live
images of the evolution of eruption situation at the Cumbre
Vieja volcano." Maybe they are just watching for what
will result in acid rain...or maybe the are watching for
that possible landslide/mega-tsunami.

I doubt our government would warn
the people...trying to evacuate from the east coast would be
a nightmare. Highways, roads, freeways would become
quickly overwhelmed and jammed up. I've noted the
almost most non-existent coverage of this volcano in the
MSM. Even though the eruptions are escalating
and Europeans are fearing acid rain. And when I saw a
"Fact Check" in USAToday article on a "La Palma eruption to
create tsunami that would reach the U.S." that says
this has been debunked. Since all of this 'fact check'
stuff started during the Trump administration, I haven't
believed a single 'fact check' or 'debunked' article I have
come across.
It's possible, that this
mega-tsunami could happen without it being any fulfillment
of the second trumpet. Or any part of The
Revelation. IF it happens, it could be the start of
punishment for America and other countries?
Judgment. Before the Tribulation starts.
Lots of news networks outside of
the U.S. are covering this volcano and watching it
closely. We will get news on a landslide when/if it
happens, but it may not be MSM that will report
this.
Or maybe Cumbre Vieja will go
back to sleep for another 50 years.
