'SALVATION' IS A FUTURE PROPHETIC EVENT WHICH HAPPENS ON A SINGLE DAY...........

Salvation is a future prophetic event which will happen on a single day called "the day of salvation" in the Scriptures according to ;

2 Corinthians 6:2

"...and in THE DAY OF SALVATION have I succoured you , behold , now is the accepted time, behold, NOW IS THE DAY OF SALVATION."

The next Scripture reveals to us when THE DAY OF SALVATION will come in the future according to :

Revelation 12:10

"And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, "NOW IS COME SALVATION......"

The word 'rapture' does not appear in the Bible  but the word "salvation" does appear, and it has the same meaning.  The "day of salvation" means the 'day of rapture'.  We are first "justified" by the blood of Christ when we first believe, and then we are "sanctified" , ie. set apart or called out, with the promise of receiving our future "salvation" when we are resurrected and raptured. We have received JUSTIFICATION AND SANCTIFICATION, but we have not yet received salvation. We will receive salvation on the day of the rapture which is also the day of salvation. 

You can substitute the word 'rapture' for the word "salvation" in the following Scriptures:

Romans 13:11

"And that knowing the time, now it is high time to awake out of sleep for now is OUR SALVATION NEARER than when we first believed."

2 Thessalonians 2:13

"God has from the beginning chosen you to SALVATION THROUGH SANCTIFICATION of the Spirit and belief of the Truth."

Hebrews 9:28

"So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many, and unto them that look for Him shall He appear the second time without sin UNTO SALVATION."

1 Peter 1:5

"Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time."

1 Peter 1:9

"RECEIVING AT THE END of your faith even the salvation of your souls."  

Therefore we, who are now justified and sanctified with the promise of our salvation yet to come, wait for our salvation on the day of the rapture which is also the day of salvation according to :

Revelation 12:10

"And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, "NOW IS COME SALVATION...."     In other words : NOW IS COME THE RAPTURE.....
