"Scripture portions on
Rosh Hashana points to miraculous births of OT"
It is interesting to note that the Torah portions
on Rosh Hashanah Sep 21, 2017 points to couple of miraculous
births of the Old Testament.
http://www.chabad.org/calendar/view/day.asp?tdate=9/21/2017
The first portion is Gen 21:1-34 speaks about the birth of
Isaac, the second portion Number 29:1-6 about the Feast of
Trumpets and the third portion I Samuel 1:1- 2:10 speaks about
the birth of Samuel. Both the births were special because they
are miraculous as both Sarah and Anna was barren. Both Isaac and
Samuel were very important characters in Bible. Looks like this
has a special connection with the birth of Rev 12 male child.
The total solar eclipse marks the warning signs with Hurricanes
Harvey, Irma and Jose, Los Angeles fires, increasing nuclear
threats from NK and 8+ scale earthquake in Mexico. Looks like
something huge is going to happen. Time to look up but remember
to keep the patience as well. If you are getting impacted by
these natural calamities, remember Psalm 46 and declare that
Lord of hosts is with us and God of Jacob is our refuge.
Shalom and Maranatha.
YBIC,
Issac Samuel.
