Is this speaking about Jesus victorious over the enemy?
Habakkuk 3:13 Thou wentest forth for the salvation of thy people, even for salvation with thine anointed; thou woundedst the head out of the house of the wicked, by discovering the foundation unto the neck. Selah.
Line 13 here, like chapter 13 there:
Revelation 13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
Wounded the dragon:
Isaiah 51:9 ¶ Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the LORD; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Art thou not it that hath cut Rahab, and wounded the dragon?
The dragon, Leviathan:
Psalm 74:13 Thou didst divide the sea by thy strength: thou brakest the heads of the dragons in the waters.14 Thou brakest the heads of leviathan in pieces, and gavest him to be meat to the people inhabiting the wilderness.
Wounded the head of his enemy:
Psalm 68:21 But God shall wound the head of his enemies, and the hairy scalp of such an one as goeth on still in his trespasses.
It is a fulfillment of Genesis 3:15, where the LORD speaking to the serpent, prophesied against him:
Genesis 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
It was prophesied that Jesus would bruise the head of the serpent, the devil.
