"Is this also still future?"

In line 7, who is "she"? Jezebel? The queen of heaven? Who?

Micah 7:8 Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me.
9 I will bear the indignation of the LORD, because I have sinned against him, until he plead my cause, and execute judgment for me: he will bring me forth to the light, and I shall behold his righteousness.
10 Then she that is mine enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is the LORD thy God? mine eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets.

Line 14 speaks of Israel living on the east bank of Jordan, in Gilead.
Currently the controversy is over the west bank, in which Israel will live.
However, line 14 looks like it is yet future.
If so, then line 15 would be yet future.

Micah 7:14 ¶ Feed thy people with thy rod, the flock of thine heritage, which dwell solitarily in the wood, in the midst of Carmel: let them feed in Bashan and Gilead, as in the days of old.
15 According to the days of thy coming out of the land of Egypt will I shew unto him marvellous things.

If line 15 is yet future, it could be speaking of the plagues in the book of the Revelation.
If so, then will Israel walk on dry ground through the midst of the waters?
Will they cross Jordan that way again?
If so, there were two sets of 12 stones, one was setup on the land after they crossed.
However, the other was setup in midst of Jordan.
Will Israel, cross Jordan again on dry land, this time with Jesus, and will they behold those same stones as a witness?

Joshua 4:6 That this may be a sign among you, that when your children ask their fathers in time to come, saying, What mean ye by these stones?
7 Then ye shall answer them, That the waters of Jordan were cut off before the ark of the covenant of the LORD; when it passed over Jordan, the waters of Jordan were cut off: and these stones shall be for a memorial unto the children of Israel for ever.
8 And the children of Israel did so as Joshua commanded, and took up twelve stones out of the midst of Jordan, as the LORD spake unto Joshua, according to the number of the tribes of the children of Israel, and carried them over with them unto the place where they lodged, and laid them down there.

Those were 12 stones that were setup on the land after they crossed.

9 And Joshua set up twelve stones in the midst of Jordan, in the place where the feet of the priests which bare the ark of the covenant stood: and they are there unto this day.

And those were 12 stones that were setup in the midst of Jordan.
Will Israel cross Jordan once more on dry ground, with Jesus after the second advent?
Will they then behold the exact 12 stones that Joshua had setup in the midst of Jordan 3500 years ago?
