"Which calendar is
right?"
The Torah calendar this year has Rosh Hashanah, Feast of
Trumpets from September 2 - 3, 2016 (sunset).
That was just this Friday and Saturday. Now we are in the
Days of Awe, waiting for Day of Atonement, September 11 and 12.

Or are we still waiting for Rosh Hashanah to happen on sunset
October 3 - 4, 2016, according to the Jewish
Calendar:

These dates could be significant if we are at the end of the
Jubilee year, and waiting for the Advent of the Messiah!
