Under the Old covenant we learn that Rebekah was appointed for Isaac. It shouldn't be any different for us under the New covenant. “O Lord God of my master Abraham, please give me success this day, and show kindness to my master Abraham. Behold, here I stand by the well of water, and the daughters of the men of the city are coming out to draw water. Now let it be that the young woman to whom I say, ‘Please let down your pitcher that I may drink,’ and she says, ‘Drink, and I will also give your camels a drink’—let her be the one You have appointed for Your servant Isaac. And by this I will know that You have shown kindness to my master.” And it happened, before he had finished speaking, that behold, Rebekah, who was born to Bethuel, son of Milcah, the wife of Nahor, Abraham’s brother, came out with her pitcher on her shoulder. Now the young woman was very beautiful to behold, a virgin; no man had known her." [Gen.24:12-16]
Notice the words success and kindness in the above passage. I genuinely believe that all men in Christ are suppose to successfully marry their own appointed wives. The good news is that if they don't succeed in marrying them here on earth. They will definitely do so in heaven. For many this will be after the Rapture. Marrying our appointed spouses is how we receive the highest expression of the Lord's kindness towards us, after the salvation of our souls. I personally have received the Lord's kindness in this regard, for I've been happily married to my lovely wife now for over 21 Years. She's my eternal companion and I'm looking forward to spending the rest of eternity with her after the Rapture. I'm sure the Lord has someone special for all His children, who aren't married yet, waiting for them at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
