I also have noticed the discord. It seems some cannot disagree without getting upset, casting aspersions upon one another, and being outright insulting. I think the discord and dissension stems from a lack of humility. This is not how Jesus wanted His followers to behave. He said to love one another. Surely this behavior must make Him very sad.

Disagreements are allowed. How else can we explain ourselves to others when we have varying Bible interpretations…but we must always be civil and respectful. When we see that we cannot convince someone of our position, it is best to take a step back, and say “let’s agree to disagree”…and let it go. Insults are never called for.

I pray along with you that the brethren will see the light and cease with discord. Disagreement does not have to equal discord.
