Hello John,

Blessings to you for the wonderful work that you are doing and the platform you are providing for the exchange of ideas and information as we all continue to watch for the return of our Lord and Savior!  We are getting very close to finally leaving.  May God continue to bless you and your family and continue to show you favor!

I have created this email in html hoping to simply your work.  I have included a couple of graphics and hopefully they will convert over as part of the post.

Please title the post: To Pastor Bob asking for comments and to all Doves

--- begin of the post ---

Hello Pastor Bob, Blessings!  I have really appreciated your writings here on Five Doves.

I have never seen any comments and would really appreciate your comments on a section in Daniel 7.  I was driving a couple of years ago and I believe that God showed me something that may be a piece to the puzzle.  As I was listening to Daniel on cd, I had to rewind and listen to this section over and over until I believe I got it, I could picture it in my minds eye.  What jumped out at me was that Daniel must have been situated somewhere between heaven and earth.  There are 3 sections here.

First, Daniel in the verses starting with verse 1, is focused on what is happening on the earth.  Then something happens.  Something is going on in heaven and his focus turns to heaven.  In the third part, his focus changes back to the earth because of what is happening there.  Here are the three sections again and my comments:

Daniel 7:7-12

Section 1

7 "After that, in my vision at night I looked, and there before me was a fourth beast--terrifying and frightening and very powerful. It had large iron teeth; it crushed and devoured its victims and trampled underfoot whatever was left. It was different from all the former beasts, and it had ten horns. 8 "While I was thinking about the horns, there before me was another horn, a little one, which came up among them; and three of the first horns were uprooted before it. This horn had eyes like the eyes of a man and a mouth that spoke boastfully.

Here Daniel is focused on what is happening on earth:

“there before me was a fourth beast--terrifying and frightening and very powerful. It had large iron teeth; it crushed and devoured its victims and trampled underfoot whatever was left. “

Is this not what we are seeing happen right now?  Everything as we know it is being destroyed systematically.  One more comment here.  It says that the little horn uproots three other horns.  I am not big believer of Obama being the Anti-Christ BUT Obama was personally responsible for the uprooting of three horns if you will.  Mubarak in Egypt, Gaddafi in Libia, and just recently, al-Malki in Iraq.  All I am saying is that Obama was personally responsible for uprooting these three.

I don’t claim to know who the 10 kings are but we do know that there are only 4 kingdoms that rule world wide.  Four parts of the statue in Daniel 2 and 4 beasts again here in Daniel 7.  We know who the first 3 were, Nebuchadnezzar/Babylon, Persia/Meads, Alexander the Great/Greece.  The popular belief is that Rome is the fourth part/beast.  If we compare maps of Rome at their peak (around the time of Christ) and the EU with all of there partners, the maps are “almost” identical.

Roman Empire 54 A.D                                 EU European Neighborhood Policy

I just find it interesting that we may have 3 uprooted horns and one individual personally responsible for their uprooting.

Back to Daniel 7.  Now you will notice that Daniel focus changes.  Something is going on in heaven and his focus goes there.

9 "As I looked, "thrones were set in place, and the Ancient of Days took his seat. His clothing was as white as snow; the hair of his head was white like wool. His throne was flaming with fire, and its wheels were all ablaze. 10 A river of fire was flowing, coming out from before him. Thousands upon thousands attended him; ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him. The court was seated, and the books were opened.

Now the first thing that jumps out is that there seems to be two groups of people standing before the throne.

Thousands upon thousands attended him – angels?

ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him – Christians?  The raptured body of Christ?

The court was seated, and the books were opened.

Judgment seat of Christ?  The only other time that books are opened is at the end of the 1000 years at the final Judgment.

It seems that we have the ratpture right here in the Old Testament!  Not mentioned specifically, but its in there somewhere!

Now you will notice the third part.  Daniels focus turns back to earth because of what is happening there.  Here Daniel watches the tribulation which ends with the beast being destroyed and thrown into the lake of fire.  We know from Revelation 19:20 that on Christ’s return  to earth, the beast and the false prophet will be captured and thrown in the lake of fire.  The first two residents!

20 But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed the miraculous signs on his behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped his image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur.

Daniel 7

11 "Then I continued to watch because of the boastful words the horn was speaking. I kept looking until the beast was slain and its body destroyed and thrown into the blazing fire. 12 (The other beasts had been stripped of their authority, but were allowed to live for a period of time.)

Now there is a 4th part here in Daniel and I am not sure exactly how it fits in time wise to the above passages in Daniel 7:7.12.  But. It surely does seem like it’s the coronation of Christ as Lord of Lords and King of Kings when God finally hands all power and authority over to Christ..  It says he was led into his presence...It specifically states that he is given authority, glory and sovereign power.  Daniel 7:13-14

13 "In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence. 14 He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all peoples, nations and men of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed.

It seems to me that Daniel is going back here time wise to a point in time around when the thrones are set up in verse 9 and 10.

There are two more places in the Bible that talks about this coronation of Christ when he receives authority and power over the fifth kingdom, the everlasting kingdom.  The first passage is in Daniel 2.  In Daniel 2 in Daniels interpretation of King Nebuchadnezzar dream in the part where he talks about the 4th kingdom, he says:

Daniel 2

44 "In the time of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will it be left to another people. It will crush all those kingdoms and bring them to an end, but it will itself endure forever.

So we see here that God sets up his kingdom at the same time that the ten kings are reigning here on earth.  I believe that God’s kingdom is being set up initially in heaven and that the Body of Christ will be the first to enter.  One other argument is logic here.  The fourth and fifth kingdoms must exist at the same time for the fifth to be able to destroy the fourth.

There is another passage in Revelation that talks about the setting up of the kingdom with Christ as Lord of Lord and King of Kings.  It says, Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ.

Revelation 12

9 The great dragon was hurled down--that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him. 10 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: "Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down.

So Satan is thrown out of heaven because he no longer needs access to accuse us, we will be in heaven and he has no place anywhere near the New Kingdom.  But it seems that Christ is given authority here.  Coronation?

Now for one final remark and the conclusion.

Revelation 12 starts off saying:

1 A great and wondrous sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head.

My thoughts are a sign is a sign like a road sign.  Danger Ahead, 35 Speed Limit, Curves Ahead, etc.  This one is different though.  It says that it is great and wondrous.  I believe it says great and wondrous because it marks the beginning of the war in heaven that Satan looses.  I believe we know that this vent takes place every year where the sun in around the chest area of Virgo and moon is at her feet.  Looking at Stellarium, it will happen around the 27th of September.  Is all hell about to break loose as Satan’s tail sweeps his angels down to earth?  ISIS?  It just feels like all hell is about to break loose

Since Michael is involved, does this tie to Daniel 12:

Daniel 12

1 "At that time Michael, the great prince who protects your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people--everyone whose name is found written in the book--will be delivered. 2 Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt. 3 Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever.

One final side note, another clue as to the timing of setting up this fifth kingdom if you will.

If says in a number of passages that when Christ returned to heaven, his role is High Priest and advocate and that he is seated at the right hand of the father.  We know from Revelation 12 that Satan is there accusing us and Christ is defending us.

Hebrews 8:1

1 Now the main point of what we are saying is this: We do have such a high priest, who sat down at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven,

Romans 8

34 Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.

1 John 2

1 My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One.

Now here is are two interesting verses, one in Psalms and one in Hebrews that clearly state that he is seated at Gods right hand UNTIL his enemies are made his footstool

Psalm 110

 1. The LORD says to my lord:

   “Sit at my right hand

   until I make your enemies

   a footstool for your feet.”

Hebrews 10

11 Day after day every priest stands and performs his religious duties; again and again he offers the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. 12 But when this priest had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God, 13 and since that time he waits for his enemies to be made his footstool. 14 For by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy.

So what is God or Christ’s footstool?  Again, one Old Testament and one New Testament explanation:

Isaiah 66

1 This is what the LORD says:

   “Heaven is my throne,

and the earth is my footstool.

Matthew 5

33 “Again, you have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘Do not break your oath, but fulfill to the Lord the vows you have made.’ 34 But I tell you, do not swear an oath at all: either by heaven, for it is God’s throne; 35 or by the earth, for it is his footstool; or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the Great King.

Big question:

Is Satan being tossed from heaven and being confined to earth (along with his angles) = making his enemies his footstool?

So if this years sing of Revelation 12 is THE sign, we area about to see all hell break loose!

It would be great, Pastor Bob (or anyone else for that matter) to hear your comments on this passage in Daniel!

More pieces for the puzzle?

All I know is that we are going home real soon!  Praise God for his faithfulness!
