Hi John and Doves,

Pastor Bob - thank you so much for your passion, hard work and commitment. It simply must be spirit drive - your fierce determination for truth. I just want to add something (comforting, I hope) to your quest for exposing false doctrine - your very real fear that people will be led astray from pure Bible truth.

Prior to being baptised in our LORD Jesus' Name, I had flirted with Catholicism - then the Jehovah's Witnesses. My sister had become a JW and begged and pleaded for me to submit to a few weeks study with them. Being totally scripturally ignorant, their story was astounding - their explanation of the Bible - astonishing! I was drawn in - hook, line and sinker. However, there were a few weird things that happened (too long a story) that drove me to my knees to beg our Father God to show me the truth. He did. He answered my prayers. However - He had used the JW's to get me studying in the first place!! The Catholics - not so much! As you know - proper Bible study ain't their thing, really. Big emphasis on 'Catholic tradition'. Yawn!

My point is - don't stress too much about people being led astray by other misguided people. Your work is incredibly valuable. The LORD is obviously guiding you and urging you on. However, remember - He is in control. Always. I just want you to know that God has got our backs - each and every one of us.
