Report: Russia Suspends Delivery of S-300 Missile Defence System to Syria

This report states that the S-300 missile defence system is due to be delivered by July 2014, if payment is made soon by the Syrian government .... That might be a little late if Isaiah 17 is fulfilled soon !!!! – Our Almighty God’s timing is perfect ....
