Here are some sure killers of yeast listed below (the strongest being the first 2):
1. Soda bicarb
2. iodine
3. cayenne
4. vitamin C
5. garlic
6. white oak bark
 
Maybe you have or are already trying some of these. Just remember that soda bicarb alkalizes and kills yeast rapidly. See the directions that Arm & Hammer gives on the box if you are not on a low sodium diet. Their directions don't say it is for yeast, it is their general directions on the container for using soda bicarb.  Candida yeast is everywhere and it occurs in some amounts naturally in the intestines. Beware because it is SALT and this much salt requires drinking a lot of water and also supplementing with potassium. You have to check with your doctor because some people can't handle this much salt, especially if they have chronic conditions.
 
Iodine kills all pathogens, including yeast. There is an oral form of iodine you can get that you take in drops at magnascentiodine.com. This is why, if you go in and have surgery, the doctor does not paint the incision area with antibiotics, he/she paints it with IODINE. BEFORE the advent of antibiotics, iodine was used for all pathogens.  Unless you are allergic to iodine, the form at the website above can be taken by mouth in drop form mixed with water or other drinks.
 
Garlic kills yeast. If you can just eat it with meals (chew it up raw), it works best that way, but some people cannot stand raw garlic. They will eat onions raw, but in my opinion, eating raw garlic is much like eating a raw onion.

I have heard more people claim that their kids are always sick in the winter. First of all, it is because no one gets any sunshine in the winter and sunshine provides VITAMIN D. Secondly, because no one gets enough vitamin C in the winter (nor during the rest of the year). Parents never think to give their kids extra vitamin C. Most kids who are constantly fighting EAR infections and upper respiratory infections would also get well, IF the parents would just get them off DAIRY products!!!
