How are these related?
Archangel Gabriel is the theophanic angel sent to:
1) The prophet Daniel
2) Mary, mother of Jesus
3) Vincent Tan
4) The prophet Joel - we will get there momentarily.
Gabriel: We have his number. That is a strange thought, we have Archangel Gabriel's number?
Yes, it is 4398, identified through the two usages of Hebrew Roster word H4398, both in the book of Daniel and both refer to Gabriel. So yes, we have Gabriel's number and it is 4398.
1) Daniel: Archangel Gabriel was sent to Daniel
2) Mary, mother of Jesus: Archangel Gabriel was sent to Mary
3) Vincent Tan: Archangel Gabriel was sent to him on Dec 23/24 December 1993

Do we have Judah's number?
Yes, we do. That is another strange thought but yes, we have Judah's number. His number is 1184. How do we know this?
Hebrew Roster Word # 1184, i.e. H1184 is "Lords of Judah".
Just for fun, let us add Gabriel's number and Judah's number together.

Let me just cut through the chase and show you where this is going. .
911 is a beginning per Hebrew gematria of Reshith, in the beginning.
Let us add Gabriel's number (day count) to 9-11-2001.
That equals Sept 26, 2013 when the days and nights are equal in Israel. 12 hours per day and 12 hours per night. Are there not 12 hours in the day? NO, that only happens twice per year, in the spring and in the fall, in Israel, March 16 and September 26-27. That is strange, adding Gabriel's days to 9-11 gives us a date which Jesus refers to by asking a question, "are there not 12 hours in the day". Only on those two dates each year.
Gabriel is the Archangel who sounds the silver trumpet of God at rapture when the dead in Christ are resurrected. This could happen on Sept 26, 2013, on 22 Tishri (8th Day Assembly of Tabernacles) when the days and nights in Israel are EQUAL - a day that Jesus referenced.

When God removes the over-coming church, his attention will again turn to Israel, to Judah in particular because he saves the tents of Judah first that the house of David and the house of Israel might not magnify themselves against Judah.
So, what is Judah's number? As stated above it is 1184, derived from H1184 which means the lords of Judah.

A combination of 1184 reveals both the Lords of Judah and their acceptable time, a day-count of 1184 days.
If we add 1184 days to Sept 26, 2013 when God theoretically turns his attention again to Judah ---
9-26-2013 plus 1184 days equals December 23, 2016.
Where have we seen the date of December 23 before and what will Dec 23 2016 be?
Archangel Gabriel visited Vincent Tan on Dec 23, 1993, 23 years prior to Dec 23, 2016.
What will December 23 2016 be? That will be 24 Kislev beginning at sundown. From this day he will bless Judah. This will be on Christmas Eve which is certainly a day which we "would think not".
So, what is the day count 1184? That is 40 moon cycles or 40 Jewish months. We know this time will be shortened, otherwise no flesh would be saved.
Is it shortened by two moon cycles? There have been visions etc of two moons. Israel was in the wilderness for 40 years, will Judah be limited to and acceptable after 40 moon cycles?
That sort of covers the numbers 4498 and 1184 but what about their total of 5582?
Is there any connection between the number 5582 and the prophet Joel and Judah?

This sum Greek Gematria is 5582.
When God again begins to bless Judah (first) on 24 Kislev Dec 23/24 2016, they (their sons and daughters) are qualified to spread the gospel of peace.
Joel 2:28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions
This could easily be after 24 Kislev 2016, i.e. Dec 23/24 2016.
This IS 23 years after Vincent Tan's visitation. Jesus referred to himself as the first and the last. The first and last letters of the Hebrew alphabet are Aleph and Tav. Their combined ordinal value is 23.
