It is my belief that God calls a solemn assembly, i.e. a holy convocation at the end of each millennium (thousand years) in preparation for the following millennium. This assembly is for the people he chooses (the chosen ones) to utilize during the next millennium. It logically follows that this will be the last holy convocation/solemn assembly of the year beginning at Nisan 1.
This holy convocation/assembly is a unique and completely separate joyous feast day following the seven days of Tabernacles. It is known as Shemini Atzeret or Eighth Day Assembly. At the end of the 7th millennium in this dispensation (i.e. after the 7,000 years of this dispensation); the last solemn assembly or holy convocation will fall on Shemini Atzeret (8th Day Assembly) in preparation for entering the 8th Millennium. Once again, this will be the last 8th Day Assembly, just prior to entering the 8th Day (Millennium).
Scripture clearly teaches the 7th Day/Thousand Years is just that --- precisely one thousand years long. This seventh thousand years should be Jewish years. As such, millenniums should BEGIN and END as related to the 8th Day Assembly of Tabernacles, i.e. Shemini Atzeret which falls on 22 Tishri with Tabernacles opening on 15 Tishri on the full moon.
Beginning with Nisan 1, the last [silver] trump(et) of the Jewish year is sounded on 22 Tishri. The use of the silver trumpet(s) is laid out in Numbers 10, 1-10).
This year, 2013, the pre-determined or accepted (astronomical) Jewish date 22 Tishri falls on September 26, beginning the previous evening of September 25. However, going by the physical sighting of the new moon on September 7th, 22 Tishri (8th day assembly) can fall on September 29, 2013, beginning the previous evening of September 28, 2013.
It may well be that The Last Trump(et) [of the year] is sounded on 22 Tishri [2013] (whichever date is correct --- Sept 26 /// Sept 29). This is a very narrow window.
