Yes, babies will be born in the tribulation. Israel will be running for her life at mid-trib and God says that the time will be so horrible for the Jews that it will be especially desperate for women who are breastfeeding small babies during that run to escape the hordes of the antichrist! He used the word WOE! (And when God says WOE, pay attention, because boy does HE MEAN WOE!!!)

 

Luke 21:23: "But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon his people."

 

This is a reference to BREASTFEEDING mothers who are trying to escape the antichrist and won't even have time to stop long enough to breast feed their infants! They will do so at their peril. During the darkest periods of world history, God has not prevented the birth of babies. Many have been born to the slaughter, but many (especially TODAY) are slaughtered (in the womb) before they are even born!
