Hi Doves,

 

I do not believe we are still here because of a delay. I believe we are still here because the Lord's resurrection/translation power must be poured out and be allowed to build up on the earth over a period of time.

 

That period of time is 21 Days.

 

It's similar to the fall of the wall of Jericho.

 

The power to make the wall of Jericho fall had to be built up over 7 Days with the sounding of the trumpets.

 

"Then the seven priests bearing seven trumpets of rams horns before the ark of the Lord went on continually and blew with the trumpets. And the armed men went before them. But the rear guard came after the ark of the Lord, while the priests continued blowing the trumpets...So they did six days. But it came to pass on the seventh day that they rose early...and marched around the city seven times...And the seventh time it happened when the priests blew the trumpets, that Joshua said to the people: shout...So the people shouted when the priests blew the trumpets. And it happened when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat." [Joshua 6:13-16,20]

 

This is why I believe the Trumpets are sounding all over the world as we speak!

 

This will continue until the Lord's resurrection/translation power is so great it will trigger the Rapture on the Last Day of the Feast of Tabernacles which falls on Tuesday the 9th of October 2012.  

 

Then,

 

"...the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air." [1Thess.4:17]
