"The importance of
child evangelism"
Dear friends:
One of my 17-year-old grandson's best friends suddenly
collapsed and died
during high school basketball practice the other day. He
had no
known problem. This was a shock to all.
The handsome young man was popular and well-liked, and played
varsity
sports.
But there is good news: He got saved last year!
My grandson and his friends "Tweet" a lot.
The last Tweet that his friend
sent him just
last week was, "If I should die before I wake, I pray the
Lord my
soul to take." Does that grab you, or what?
Thankfully, he is with Jesus in Paradise now.
This emphasizes the importance of child
evangelism. Don't
ever think your child or grandchild is too young to respond
to the
gospel. You would be surprised. Tell them about
Jesus, who He
is and what He has done for them. The Holy Spirit will
bear witness
to them. They will be eternally grateful.
