"Jim Bramlett: the
importance of child evangelism"
Jim,
I agree, the sooner you get them to Jesus, the less chance the
world will get them first!
My son was 5 years old when I led him to Jesus, and I could see
the change in him immediately. He said to me, “Jesus gave
me a new heart.” One of the first things he said was, “I
am in the world but not of the world.” I didn’t teach him
that verse.
After his sister was born, I just couldn’t wait that long.
I led her to Jesus when she was 3 ½. She knew what
she was doing, and she’s been a born again Christian since then.
There was a lot of worldly influence thrown at them from
neighborhood kids at a young age, not to mention what they’d get
at school, and I didn’t want my children picking that up.
