"Psalm 83 War happens after Rapture!"

John, Welcome Back!

Thanks to Barry Amundson and his post on these video series , http://watchermeetup.50.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=10446, I discovered the rapture hint hidden in Psalm 81:

Blow the trumpet at the new moon, at the full moon, on our feast day. (vs 3)

Look at the title of these three Psalms, written by Asaph:

Psalms 81: A call to proper worship

Psalms 82: God and the judges

Psalms 83: A prayer against enemies

Could these 3 Psalms lay out the timing of the Rapture, beginning of the tribulation, then attack of Israel’s enemies?

As FM Riley likes to say “Amen, Halleluiah and Praise God!

Now I am hesitant to move into Psalms 84 and 85 as these two Psalms were written by Sons of Korah. I do not know the relationship between Asaph and the Sons of Korah.  Psalms 84 & 85 could be pointing to the times of Jacobs trouble ((As they go through the Valley of Baca (valley of tears), they make it a place of springs; the early rain also covers it with pools vs 6)) Since the commentators, do not know exactly where this valley is, it might point symbolically to the time of Jacob’s trouble or the protected place the Jews will flee to when the antichrist kills the sacrifices.

Psalm 85 then becomes a powerful image of the Second Return of their new LORD Jesus the King of Israel!  It is a powerful chapter.

Since I am one that does not post all the scripture in my letters, I STRONGLY encourage you to read these three chapters with these thoughts.  There is much encouragement for us as we continue to look up and pray for a soon return of our King.

But he would feed you with the finest of the wheat, and with honey from the rock I would satisfy you. Psalm 81:16

God is coming for us, soon!
