Mental Health Toll in the ‘Extermination Zones’ of Gaza

Israel might have won the War against HAMAS in Gaza but it has lost the Battle for the Minds and Hearts of the World. In the eyes of the Muslim World, Gaza and the Palestinians ‘won’. Despite having their Strip leveled to the ground and a 100 to 1 Kill Ratio, so long as a Palestinian is left standing and alive, Islam has ‘won’. What they see in Trump’s 2025 Peace Plan is how he was able to curtail Netanyahu's mission to stop any future attacks from the Palestinians. Will it work? It has not since 1948.
If there are any real losers in this latest round of the Arab-Israeli Conflict, it is that the civilians of both peoples are shell-shocked. This weighs heavily on the mental state of how a society can function ‘normally’ thereafter with this memory and experience fresh in their minds and bodies. It ensures that such a conflict continues to scar the generations to come. What this study will focus on is how the mental toll has affected the Israeli Soldiers of the IDF, in particular. Why?
War is ugly and seeing how the IDF Soldiers are being portrayed is reminiscent of how the U.S. Soldiers were treated and seen during the Vietnam War. In both cases, the wars have been ugly. It was the 1st time in U.S History that a war was televised every evening through the News. It was their ‘TikTok’ platform that showed the bodies being put in body bags, death counts, civilian atrocities committed and an Anti-War sentiment and moment reaching the boiling point. It is enough that both soldiers and civilians have to deal with death, destruction and demons, up close and personal.
Then there is the lingering suffering of PTSD. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder is a Mental Health Condition that is caused by an extremely stressful or terrifying event; either being part of it or witnessing it. Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares, severe anxiety and uncontrollable thoughts about the event. Thanks to a TikTok World, the modern wars of the world are not virtually, and literally ‘TikTok Wars’. And the people that control the platforms to control the narratives will win, not only the war, but the battles that will ensue that will argue why it was justified.Take for example the U.S. Invasion of Iraq. The USA, with its overwhelming and superior Military, decimated Iraq. The USA ‘won’ the war but lost the battles for the minds and hearts of not only the Iraqi People but the entire world. The same issue is occurring in Ukraine and its war with Russia who are both fighting for no ‘good reason’. What prompted this study is how the IDF Soldiers have reached a Mental Health Crisis. It is how Israeli Soldiers, confronted by the war in Gaza have reached a Mental Health Crisis.
IDF Soldier SuicidesIt was so much so that some demonstrated publicly at the Knesset in Israel. Some IDF Soldiers, in civilian clothing, presumably either discharged or on leave, displayed all the Psychiatric Medications they are being prescribed during a Knesset Subcommittee Meeting in mid-October, 2025. The psychological toll of the violence, including concerns over civilian casualties, has reportedly contributed to suicides among soldiers, with at least 12 cases highlighted in 2025.And this is based on released reports by the Israeli Government that either is reluctant to release or diminishes the tally. This situation emphasizes the urgent need for better governmental support to address the Mental Health Challenges faced by the IDF. And this is due to the ugliness of war and in some instances how some IDF Soldiers are unbecoming of their Professional Training.In 2025, an alarming number of IDF Soldiers have already died by suicide. It is a figure that likely underrepresents the actual toll when considering Reservists not on Active Duty. In 2024, the IDF saw 21 Soldier Suicides. And? That might seem low compared to the Suicide Rate of the USA, for example. A recent study released by the Pentagon revealed a sobering statistic. US Soldiers are now more likely to die from suicide than any other cause.
The report, which examined the deaths of 2,530 Active Duty Army Soldiers between 2014 and 2019, showed that soldiers are nearly 9 times more likely to die by Suicide than they are in combat. But for a nation of Israel that only has 9 Million Jews, losing 1 single IDF Soldier is detrimental. Due to the Gaza War of 2025, it has marked the highest annual number in over a decade, while 2023 recorded 17, including seven occurring after the HAMAS October 7th Attack, primarily among Reservists.Thus, the world, and those even in Israel are blaming Netanyahu's actions in Gaza. The Gaza War of 2025 has not only caused devastation but it has also led to a struggling economy and mass protests within Israel, indicating widespread dissent. His apparent indifference to the anguish of Hostages and the public's outrage since October 7th reflects a troubling disregard for the people's suffering, on both sides. This complete neglect contributes to the ongoing turmoil within the country. As a Political Scientist, one must bring up the notion that the Israeli Government has been accused of disregarding the plight of Hostages. Why?So long as HAMAS has them, it gives Israel the ‘Moral’ justification to level Gaza, which it has. It used them as leverage to justify its on-going war against HAMAS, not the people of Gaza. And here lies the problem. To the world, it does not distinguish them. There have now been reports of admissions from an Israeli Sniper, for example, that reveal that innocent civilians, including children have been intentionally targeted. Reports have come out that state that IDF Soldiers in Gaza have been instructed to shoot Palestinian Civilians at Aid Hubs managed by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation. This is a prime example of what is causing Mental Distress in many IDF Soldiers, to the point that they are going ‘numb’ with taking all those Psychiatric Drugs.
'Extermination Zones'The IDF soldier’s Psychological Toll is compounded in their missions in Gaza. It is because the IDF Soldiers are not only engaged in open warfare against HAMAS in Urban Combat. But they have to also deal with a violent society also shell-shocked. The Palestinian Civilians are suffering from PTSD, just as much in also having to deal with a full-blown Humanitarian Disaster. In the midst of this Living Hell of War on Earth, manmade, many IDF Soldiers describe firing numerous rounds daily and losing count of the lives taken, including innocent children.Another IDF Soldier recounts a tragic incident where he killed 2 children after his unit hastily labeled them as ‘Terrorists’. Imagine now having to live with this heavy burden of conscience highlighting in the minds of many IDF Soldiers played-out every day. No wonder how the number of IDF Soldier Suicides will be on the rise. In another case, Urban Warfare, like in the Ukraine, has just become an 'Extermination Zone' of the Terminator Movie genre.
By some estimations, over 10% of Gaza's 2.2 million population has been killed or injured, amounting to more than 200,000 people. These figures align closely with those reported by the Gaza Health Ministry, which some, including the Israeli Government, challenge due to its association with HAMAS. However, some Israeli Spokespersons that have gone on Social Media programs, like those of Piers Morgan corroborate those numbers.As of October 2025, over 60,000 Palestinians dead and of those over 18,000 have been children. The Gaza Health Ministry reports a staggering death toll of 64,718 Palestinians and 163,859 injured since October 7, 2023, with many more feared buried in rubble. Here is a synopsis of some statistics regarding the Mental Health Toll experienced by some Soldiers of the IDF.

A true Genocide is when a Government, in writing explicitly calls for the eradication of a People Group based on their race, religion, region, etc. If Israel wanted to ‘genocide’ the Palestinians, why do they allow their Enemies, HAMAS to take in Humanitarian Aid in a middle of a war? Why does the IDF call, text, and drop leaflets to warn the Civilians to flee the area before bombing it to kill HAMAS Operatives? It is because HAMAS uses the Civilian Population to hide behind and be shielded. And any Collateral Damage will work in their favor to garnish worldwide outrage and sympathy. It works.
- The many IDF Soldiers' admissions of killing Civilians is leading to significant personal distress.- Company Commanders have coldly stated that the children. ‘Entered an Extermination Zone’ and it was ‘their fault’.- Some IDF Soldiers struggle with their Conscience over killing innocent people, despite attempts by Commanders to shift blame to HAMAS or the Civilians.
So, now the real genocide is occurring, presently in Nigeria, South Sudan, and Syria where countless Christians are purposely and intentionally targeted for systematic genocide by the Muslims. Where is Greta Thunberg with her Flotilla of Mercy sailing to Syria? Nigeria? Where is the Million-Man March across the cities of Europe, Asia and Latin America calling to the end of the real genocide, against Christians? It will not happen. One’s point is that all this pressure from the entire world is being felt by the average Israeli IDF Soldier that is no older than all those protesting in the streets of ‘Londonstan’ and ‘Paristan’ are.Increasingly, the Left in Israel, the entire world and now even many of the Evangelical Christians that support Modern Israel are turning against Israel for the images of intense suffering occurring in Gaza at the hands of the IDF. But for context, as one has stated before. For what would and could end the Gaza War, immediately would be, could be in how HAMAS would do the following. Note that this was exactly what was promised in 2005, when Israel under Ariel Sharon ordered the total and unconditional withdrawal of all Jewish Settlements in Gaza.
1- Release the Israeli and other Nation’s Hostages.
2- Pledge to never attack the Jews and enter Israel.
This ‘Land for Peace’ was ‘guaranteed’ by HAMAS to ‘never attack’ Israel again. Yet, since 2005, 20 years later or 1 generation worth of Palestinians rather chose to continue barraging Israel with Rockets almost on a daily basis. They still adhere to their Charter where their expressed goal and religious objective is to genocide the Jews from having their own Nation. And have infiltrated Israeli Society in carrying-out murders by stabbings, etc. So, the world led by the Luciferian mind-controls Greta Thunberg, she, like a ‘Joan of Arc’, no disrespect to the French People, has led the objections and attempts to break the Blockade against Gaza. Let one ask her that.
But from a pure Biblical Narrative, these events affecting Modern Israel are playing into the grand design of how not only Israel, but the entire world will be primed for a World Leader that will come in ‘Peace’ and offer ‘Security’. And due to such societies being weary and shell-shocked of the endless wars, the induced Psychosis that has suspended sound rationale.
Having no critical thinking involved or diminished capacity will make way for the Strong Delusion. It will sweep in, especially after the entire world and Israel will also experience the shell-shock of millions ‘disappearing’ due to the Rapture event. The Psychosis will reach Biblical Proportions and will require a true Biblical Solution. His Name is Jesus._____________________
