The 4^th day of Sukkot fits to the 4^th branch of Menorah which represents the Lord.

I believe that the birth process has begun from Rosh Hashanah and 17 of Tishrei 17 means Victory and is the number of 153 fishes.

And 144,000 could begin to harvest from Simchat Torah on Tishrei 23 after 7 days training from Tishrei 17.
