Matthew 24:31 says "And He will send out His angels with a loud
trumpet blast, and they'll gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to another."

The four winds, from one end of heaven to another in Matthew 24:31 are the same four winds in Revelation 7:1 which says, "And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree." They are the four winds of the Earth in the heaven surrounding the Earth.
Also the elect in the Bible are the elect of Israel, the Christians who are also called elect, and there are even elect angels according to 1 Timothy 5:21. Here is a link to all the verses in the Bible containing the word "elect." KJV Search Results for "elect" I don't know of any people living on other planets that are called the elect in the Bible. Jesus didn't die on another planet for the forgiveness of their sins to save anyone on another planet from going to Hell, and there are no Jewish elect of Israel nor Christians on other planets either so I don't see why the Lord's angels will be gathering anyone from another planet to bring them to Earth with Him at His 2nd coming.
