This is in reply to your 10/05 post Practical suggestions as to what we should be doing in these last days before the Rapture/Sudden Nuclear Destruction--such as money, bills, food, etc. in which you stated the following:

"Many Watchers do not believe that the Mark of the Beast system will take effect until around the middle of the Tribulation. I do not necessarily believe that is the case. I think the potential for a very early Mark of the Beast system is there. Let me quote you a verse that would support my theory. Revelation 13:5 says, "...he (the Antichrist) was given AUTHORITY TO CONTINUE for 42 months." At the midpoint of the Tribulation, the Antichrist is going to CONTINUE his power and authority, not begin it.".

None of the Greek Interlinear Bibles that I have found online contain the word "CONTINUE" in them. Therefore, the Antichrist will only have authority and power to implement the Mark of the Beast during the 42 months he is allotted. Please read

Since there will be complete chaos on the Earth after the Rapture with a lot of Christians missing, there may not be a Pre-Tribulation Rapture of 7 years. It may be closer to a Great Tribulation Rapture of 1,260 days or some time prior to it.  However, the Antichrist (the Beast) will still be on the world scene before the 1,260 days of his allotted 42 months of power and authority on Earth when he implements the Mark of the Beast and the worship of the image of the Beast which is the image of himself.
