Friends,
Today I learned something about my Yahoo experience that needs to be
shared. Please let people know.
Several months ago my local internet provider Cox.com sold their email
account to yahoo and we were told we could read our cox emails
everyday on Yahoo. After several months, today I found out this is not
true.
 What happens is yahoo sets up a separate account that they don't tell
you exists! There is no where on their site saying this!
   What a person has to do is: see the button on Yahoo you must click
on in the upper right to open your Yahoo email? One inch to the right
is a second button. You click on that, scroll down to the bottom, it
says "change account" I then can click on my Cox email account. i then
reopen my Yahoo email account, and all my Cox emails show up without
telling me they are my Cox emails. When done, I must redo that
sequence and click on my Yahoo account so I can read my Yahoo emails.
  I had to buy a yearly subscription from yahoo help and over an hour
with two agents from Somalia or Timboctou or ??? to get this fuss
figured out!!! The later is in Mali central africa!
Anyway, if anyone's local account gets sold to Yahoo, this is what
will happen to them!
