"3 other Psalms questions"

The front of Psalm 95 doesn't mention the author, but:

Psalms 95:7b To day if ye will hear his voice,
  8a Harden not your heart,

when compared with Hebrews 4:7

Hebrews 4:7 Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.

it would seem that David wrote the Psalm.

Then in:

Psalms 96:9a O worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness:

Does, "in the beauty of holiness", only mean the LORD's holiness? Or can it also refer to the worshipper, i.e. worshiping in holiness?

Then in:

Psalms 99:6 Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call upon his name; they called upon the LORD, and he answered them.
7 He spake unto them in the cloudy pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the ordinance that he gave them.
8 Thou answeredst them, O LORD our God: thou wast a God that forgavest them, though thou tookest vengeance of their inventions.

In line 8, where it says, "thou tookest vengeance of their inventions", if that is still referring to Moses and Aaron, from line 6,
then shouldn't we consider that chastisement could come our way, as well?
