Your 9/29 post GINO (22 Sep 2024) ABORTION (fivedoves.com) certainly nailed Kamala Harris' stance on abortion and her calling it "reproductive rights" rather than abortion up to birth which is pre-meditated murder of babies up to the last second which is extreme. Her calling it "reproductive rights" and "healthcare" is just a coverup or an attempt to whitewash abortion to make it look good when there is nothing healthy about killing the unborn.
My personal opinion is that Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump switched from being Pro-life to the stand that the voters of the states get to decide the abortion issue in their own states in order to win the upcoming election. At least this way, some states totally ban abortion while other states do not. Although he thinks a 6 week abortion restriction is too short, he voted against a 22 to 24 week restriction on abortion in Florida where he lives. This week I read that Trump if elected President would veto a federal ban on abortion.
I read that your prime minister of New Zealand, Christopher Luxon, is personally pro-life while New Zealand laws allow abortion during the first 20 weeks of pregnancy which is about 5 months. That doesn't sound quite as bad as abortion up to birth, but it's not good either because any abortion at any time during a pregnancy is still pre-mediated murder unlike a spontaneous miscarriage.
Actually when you think about it, the belief that abortion is not a sin is a heresy since the definition of heresy is "a belief or opinion contrary to orthodox religious (especially Christian) doctrine." According to Proverbs 6:16-19, one of the things God hates and which is an abomination to him is "hands that shed innocent blood, and what could be more innocent than a baby. "Heresies" sounds like "Harris sees" abortion up to birth not as a sin, but as "reproductive rights." She sees abortion in a different light than a Christian because she is seeing it with the same evil eyes of the angel of light in disguise who is Satan."And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light." Matthew 6:22-23, "The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!"
If a Christian's spiritual eyes are solely and singly focused on the Lord Jesus and His words of truth in the Bible, then their whole body will be full of light as they will do the Lord's will, but if their eyes are evil and focused on evil and not doing what is in the Bible, the light that in them will be the darkness of sin and Satan, and they are spiritually blind.
