Hello Lisa, John and Doves,
Lisa brought up a very
interesting question in this letter - I wrote about this and
added a few thoughts:
"Why did God
spotlight Passover, Pentecost and Tabernacles - the three
pilgrimage festivals? There must be a reason for these
choices and order."
She pointed out that
for Passover - Christ is our Passover Lamb, whom we have
'gained through death and resurrection.'
As for Pentecost,
Jesus' disciples received 'the gift of the Holy
Spirit'. "..this gift was provided to the early church
on Pentecost."
For Tabernacles, Lisa
wrote, "It should follow that something of
consequence should happen to the Church on a future
Tabernacles.?
"...it is next in
order of the Pilgrimage Festivals, it may also be the
festival next in order for the Church."
Lisa reminded us of
the great multitude in Heaven, Revelation 7:9-10, waving
palm branches. This could be a celebration of
Tabernacles.
Lisa encouraged us to
continue watching! It will be worth the wait!

I'd like to add a
couple of thoughts -
Remember the story of
Jesus' transfiguration? Matthew 17 He was
with Peter, James and John high up on a mountain.
Jesus was suddenly transfigured before them - "His
face shone like the sun and His clothes became as
white as the light." Elijah and Moses appeared to
Jesus and talked with Him.
Peter
asked Jesus if they could put up "three tabernacles:
(skenas) one for You, one for Moses and one for
Elijah?"
The Greek word
'skenas' means 'tabernacles'
Is this a
foreshadowing of Jesus in Heaven (His face shone like the
sun) when He appears to John in 'the Revelation'?
In Revelation 1:16 we
are told that Jesus' "face was like the sun shining..."
And how did Peter
KNOW that these two men that appeared were Moses and
Elijah?
And it must have
happened during the Feast of Tabernacles otherwise why would
Peter ask if he could build them 'tabernacles'?
Is this a
foreshadowing of the two witnesses that show up in the
Tribulation? Peter knew these two men as Moses and
Elijah.
Will the two
witnesses be Moses and Elijah? If the two witnesses
ARE Moses and Elijah, will Jews today know who they
are? Peter had never seen these men before. Yet,
he wasn't guessing as to who they were - he KNEW.
Can we connect what
happened on the day of the transfiguration with Moses and
Elijah showing up during the Feast of Tabernacles to a
future Feast of Tabernacles when 'Jesus' two witnesses' show
up? Jesus calls them "MY two witnesses".
They are to prophecy
for 1260 days.
Will the two
witnesses show up on a future Feast of tabernacles? IF
they show up on Feast of Tabernacles this year - adding 1260
days takes up to the beginning of the month of Nisan - the
month of the Passover, etc.
The Believers will be
raptured before the start of the Tribulation...the Rapture
is to take place before the two witnesses show up.
And then there is The
Last Great Day - following Feast of Tabernacles. Many
Doves letters have been written about this day - as a
possible Rapture day. This year, on the chabad.org
calendar, Shemini Atzeret is October 23/24.
And then there is the
prophet Haggia and his "twenty-first day of the seventh
month". The 21st day is the eve of Shemini
Atzeret. It's also Hoshana Rabbah. On the chabad.org
calendar that is October 23.
When using the
sighted moon: Feast of Tabernacles is sunset October
18th though sunset October 25th. And Shemini Atzeret
is sunset October 25th to sunset October 26th.
SOMETHING big is
going to happen on the twenty-first day of the
seventh month of some year. Haggai
prophesied this. God said He would shake the heavens
and the earth and the sea and the dry land. Haggai
2:6 There is a world-wide shaking coming. Will
this be the great earthquake of the Rapture?
Joel 3:16:
..the heavens and the earth will shake."
Isaiah 13:13: I
will shake the heavens and the earth shall remove out of her
place
For Moses and Elijah
to show up on Feast of Tabernacles to speak with Jesus -
shows how important that day is. And how important the
Lord's Feast Days are. Is this a clue to when they
will show up during the Tribulation?
Did God spotlight
Tabernacles because of what is going to happen during that
time period to the Church in some year? Definitely
days to follow closely.
We could very well go
'tabernacle' with the Lord.
And the Middle East
is on the razor's edge of nuclear war - looks like Iran is
now armed with nukes. What will Israel do now?
Nothing will happen
outside of God's will. Amen.
