It just keeps getting more
and more bizarre:

about the manipulation of Hurricane Helene.

Dane said he had a
conference call with Representatives and Senators from the
Carolinas and they presented the data to them to answer this
question as to how this manipulation occurs; they
realized this was not a natural event; they were trying to
digest the fact that their states were literally under
assault from weather modification operations that are
clearly connected to DoD operations. And we can
speculate again on the agendas and objectives being carried
out.
The fact that this
storm was manipulated is absolutely inarguable.
This technology has been
around for decades. HAARP is a weapon of mass
destruction.
When they have this type of
power over the climate system, they can make or break these
storms anytime they want. And again, what we see now,
is storms kept weaker as they're over the ocean because
they're harder to steer until the reach the land based
network of transmitters. And then we have...
rapid intensification. You've heard that
term probably a lot lately because that's how they
manipulate these storms.
And again we have Acapulco
last October being the extreme example of rapid
intensification, an insignificant, low pressure system
developed into the strongest Cat 5 hurricane to ever hit
that part of the world in less than 24 hours, laid waste to
Acapulco. And by the way, Hurricane John, which just
hit Acapulco again as Hurricane Helene was wreaking havoc in
the Carolinas. Not many people know that. So
Acapulco just got dealt another blow.
So, again, how many agendas
and objectives are being carried out when we know they can
manipulate these storms and we know they can make or break
them anytime they want?
And again I bring up the oil
infrastructure in the Gulf of Mexico that seems to magically
miss any sort of damaging storm again and again and
again. While the storms wreak havoc inland and on
shorelines, it's not a coincidence. They have that
much sway over storms.
At this link is a video of
the ground based frequency transmitter installations
(NEXRAD) and the path of Hurricane Helen. Pretty
damning evidence. Added to the government's response -
Biden, Harris, DHS, FEMA, DoD - makes this even more
plausible.

There are "rumors" that
Hurricane Helen was manipulated as a land grab.
The Albemarle Corp. lithium
mining company is one of the largest lithium producers in
the world. It has a lithium mine in Kings Mountain, North
Carolina. This is one of the world's richest
lithium-bearing -ore deposits. The mine could produce
420,000 tons of lithium-bearing spodumene concentrate
yearly. This would go to EVs and "to
support key defense applications."

So the DoD is interested in
this mine and has funded it.
They want to reopen this
mine as It was closed when it filed with water back in 2023
- this water will need to be removed to get to the
lithium. This company "revealed Sept 24 that
it has applied for several permits, including a state mining
permit from the N.C. Department of Environmental
Quality. The mine would be a 1,200 acre site bisected
by Interstate 85." Albermarle and BMW signed an
agreement to supply battery-grade lithium to BMW for their
EVs. The agreement is to begin in 2025.
Albermarle also had an agreement with Ford for battery-grade
lithium hydroxide for their EVs. This agreement was to
begin in 2026, supplying more than 100,000 metric tons of
lithium hydroxide for approximately 3 million future Ford EV
batteries. The agreement was to begin in 2025.The
U.S. DoD signed a $90 million dollar agreement with
Albemarle for expansion of domestic lithium mining and
production.. They expect the mine to reopen
and be operational again between 2025 and 2030. The
home and land owners in the region don't want the mine to
expand. Hurricane Helene 'just happened' to ravage
this area.

Is it a 'coincidence' that
the Albermarle Corp applied for permits to reopen the mine
on Sept 24, just two days before Hurricane Helen made
landfall in Florida's Big Bend? Interesting
timing...
Also, Piedmont Lithium,
wants to build a mine and processing operation on 1,500 acre
in northern Gaston County, about 30 miles west of Charlotte
(North Carolina)....Lithium deposits run through the country
in a mile-wide north-south band known as the Carolina
Tin-Spodumene Belt." The U.S. needs it's own source of
lithium instead of getting it from China. "Piedmont's
plans call for four open-pit mines 500 feet deep.
That means demolishing houses, digging up farm fields and
woods and disrupting steams. Some neighbors sold
their land to the company. But others whose property
borders the site aren't happy." These
massive mines are open pits. People are concerned
about air, water, noise, traffic etc.
Of course, we've got the
"Helene conspiracies" with the fact-checkers out in
force. The 'rumor' is the DoD or 'someone' manipulated
the weather to target Red states and to seize the land in
North Carolina for the lithium mines. There was an awful lot
of damage in those particular areas in North Carolina.
And many of those people didn't have flood insurance or
mudslide insurance and so their homes are a total loss with
no compensation from insurance or the feds. It's
pretty easy to find out who's insured for what and who
isn't. Many won't be able to rebuild because of the
cost and no insurance money. In would come the big
corporations - ready to offer to buy what's left of your
property for cheap. For some, this may be the only
'way out of this mess'.
After Milton is finished
pummeling Florida - let's see if homeowners/landowners are
allowed to return to their property. We will see if FEMA,
DoD etc are actively hindering recovery efforts in Florida
too. Will we see a 'land grab'? Many
insurance companies have left Florida over the years and
many policies have been cancelled over the last few
years. So there are people who will have no help to
rebuilt. And beings that Florida is a red state - and
this is a MASSIVE hurricane, this will certainly affect the
election results. How quickly could they get
electricity up, cell towers working, roads cleared, people
won't be coming back to devastated homes. This would
be a major blow to the November elections - which are the
last thing on people's minds after a hurricane.
Will the November elections
be postponed?
Hurricane Milton is to make
landfall Wednesday afternoon. By the time this letter
is read on Doves - we'll be seeing the damage from this
colossal storm.
Prayers for the people in
the path of this hurricane.
And prayers for all of the
victims of these two massive hurricanes.
I believe these were
manipulated, intensified to top levels, and directed to hit
certain areas. For 'election interference', land
grabs, hits on MAGA people, .... Will President Trump's
Mar-a-Lago be on the target list? "As of Tuesday
afternoon, maps show that Mar-a-Lago will be spared from the
worst effects of the powerful hurricane." The Palm
Beach-area is under a "Tropical Storm Warning" They
are expecting 3 feet storm surge at Palm Beach.
