James B. mentioned a snake and I’m not sure if someone else mentioned something about a snake. Sometime last week I found a little, black, baby garter snake in my room. The yellow stripe made it look like it had a collar around its neck. The poor thing was stuck in a spider web. That is the first time in my life I’ve ever seen a snake in my room or one that got caught in a spider web. He was taken into the woods and crawled into a pile of sticks. Mom named him Lucky.

 

I don’t know what it means, from a biblical point of view, to find a snake in a spider web. The reason it seemed important was because it was on one of the days that UN General Assembly was meeting in NY. I know it happened sometime after Biden declared he wanted a 2 state solution. I just don’t remember if it was on the same day or a day or two later.

 

I think the Lord wants us to stay as alert, on the signs of the times, as Crinkles (she’s a cat in my room) was that day. She’s always very laid back. But on that day she was very alert and attentive to watching that snake. She noticed it before I did. She laid on the back of my bed and just kept watching. She wouldn’t take her eyes off of it.
