regarding your letter, Chance, I’d like to make two points:

Daniel 9, 26 tells us about a period of „And after 62 Weeks“ for the Messiah to be cut off. This doesn’t fit for 3,5 years, but maybe it means 62 * 7 years (from when)? However, this leaves room for another 7 + 1 FULL week (where ever to place them) for the 70 weeks prophecy.

And „in the middle of the week“ in Daniel 9, 27 could instead be a reference to the crucifixion day in the middle of a real week, namely a WEDNESDAY (good bye Good Friday, which has been discussed here also for several times, I guess…).

Nevertheless, you have mentioned a lot of things to think about. As always, very profound stuff!
