Hi Doves,

I haven’t gone anywhere (yet!!)  Though still hope every day for the rapture!!  And prayerfully (Luke 21:36)  I WILL be gone THEN!!!!!  For good.  Well, I’ll be away for 7 years, plus maybe a few days.  (Sorry Charlie!  I mean Geoff….. the Tribulation is STILL 7 years long!!)….  😉   Two distinct halves.  The Jews will not realize who the AC is until MID-TRIB.  Then, RUN, Forest, RUN!!!!!  (to Petra, where God Himself will provide & protect them).

 

 

So anyway, though I certainly do not agree with EVERYTHING here at this site – Tng even lists that on front page that even LIKE MINDED Christians will not agree on everything!!  Tng, the peace maker!!   So with that in mind, I write on…..

 

I feel like (hope anyway)  that some how I am helping further the Kingdom, bringing people in, keeping satan out, and encouraging the saints.  I feel I am – b/c – okay, look, I’m not complaining – I’m actually thrilled about this.  On various occasions, at least FOUR different “big name prophecy teachers” ~ the “experts”, the ones people look up to, lean on, expect much from……  (and you know who you are!)  have used my stuff, my writings, my ideas, MY EXACT WORDS, in their own mailing and writings….. and then (LOL)  taken credit for it!!  Believe me, I’ve noticed it.  It’ll be something I’ve actually written – and next thing I know, the exact wording is posted on another prophecy site with “big name teacher’s” name attached like he/she was the one to first say it.

 

Admit, at first, my flesh was like:  well OUCH!!!!  Here he (or she) is “getting credit” for something “I” wrote!!!!   I mean, after all, it’s not like we copyright our posts on prophecy sites!!  But that was my flesh talking.  Truth is, though you guys (and one gal)  are getting the credit – I’m not overly bothered by that.  In fact, I’m flattered to think that some how, some way I am helping encourage you ….. for YOU to stay in the race, and to keep preaching & teaching!!  Bringing more into the Kingdom of God and edifying and encouraging the saints with good sound teaching/doctrine should be our highest goal.  And, I saved that little paragraph “one of you” anonymously wrote me some years back.  Maybe it even came from one of you “big 4” prophecy teachers!  😊   Anyway, all that aside…..  Maybe/hopefully I’m doing something for the Kingdom, even if I do see myself as a “little toe” in the Body of Christ! 

 

Derrick, please Dude – do not give up on me!!....  I literally had to intently and purposely SIDELINE myself here for a couple weeks.  I was suffering extreme burn out!!!!   My get up & go got up & went!!

 

 

Mark 11:24!!  Look that up!!  I’ve been focusing on that.  I’m TRUSTING the Lord!!  Why would I not??  HE IS MY LIFE!!!!!  Without Him, I am nothing!!  I have nothing!!

Regardless of what happens to me in this earthly life.  And I believe in God’s great power, and that faith can move mountains, and though I doubt not in my heart, yet the stalking continues.  Though the Lord is sovereign, yet He allows humans to make their own decisions. I admit to not understanding the ebb & flow how those 2 interact.

 

The Apostle Paul prayed 3 times for his thorn to be removed.  It was not removed.  I’ve prayed a lot more than 3 times. 

In the end, even if He slays me (per Job)  yet will I trust in Him!!

 

As far as I can tell, demons have left me alone for a good month.  (coming into my house, stealing things….  Yes, for real!  Don’t you believe in demons??  Then you better believe in their power, too!!)  The devil in the prince of the air.  Anyway, you see it took a 50 gallon drum to fall on my head (figure of speech) to make me realize that I had to forgive my past friends, even very, very close past friends who’d hurt me.  I thought I had!!  BUT….. by dwelling so much ON THE HURT, it made me realize I needed to REALLY FORGIVE them!!!!  And let the hurts “go”.  That because I kept DWELLING on “how very” hurt I was, I had not done a great job in forgiving!  So….. down on my knees, and I asked for help…. And I did forgive them, along with the hurts, the heartaches, the incredible pain….. people from long ago, people from not long ago. Including a few family members.

The following day I felt so much lighter!!  And this was about the same time demonic activity in my home stopped.

Think of the pattern of the Lord’s prayer!! 

Forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.  ~AND~ lead us not into temptation BUT DELIVER US FROM EVIL!!!!!!!

 

This is not to say, though (unfortunately) that the perpetrated evil does not continue by demon-inspired humans!!  It does!  Every single time I leave the house.  And even if I don’t leave, then they drive by my house.  I still hope and believe and expect for that mountain to be removed.  IT WILL BE!!! The timing of it, I’m not so sure. Whether I’ll still be on the earth or not.

 

I am aware there are others with much worse problems.  And I try to concentrate on them, and pray for them! For instance, it’d be nigh impossible to be a Christian in Turkey, where 99% of the population is muslim!!  And…. They torture the ones who go against them and do not believe as they do.  I’ve read books about how tough it is to be a Christian in Iran, where 2 women were sent to an UNDERGROUND prison!!!!  No sunlight at all.  Korea,….. many, many other places.  We have friends from Myanmar (Burma)  who came to this country to escape forced Buddhist teachings.

 

Well, enough of my going on & on for now.

 

Let’s talk about:  Halloween.  I just read Geoffrey’s take on it (www.NowTheEndBegins.com)  and I will do my utmost best to not step foot into Michael’s Crafts stores any more!!  I do NOT like supporting any stores which purposely push evil & the occult on the public!! 

 

Then I read another article by somebody else which basically said to use your best judgment & discernment as to whether to celebrate/observe it or not.  A matter of “license and liberty” for Christians.

 

Uh, NO IT IS NOT!!!!!   Now you may stop reading right here & now if you so desire.  As I realize there are unfortunately many subjects Christians can get divisive on. But when it’s something the Bible is DOGMATIC ON & says do not do it – then Christian, unless you want to INVITE demons into your home, your heart, your head, into your children’s lives – then do not put out the welcome mat!!!!!!

 

One verse alone should be ENOUGH for Christians to “get it”.  And it’s this:  “Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.”  Ephesians 5:11   HOW MUCH??   Uh, NONE MEANS NONE!!!!!   Other translations say:  DO NOT PARTICIPATE….

Good News Translation states:  “Have NOTHING to do with the worthless things that people do, things that belong to the darkness.  Instead, bring them out to the light.”

 

Nothing MEANS NOTHING!!!!!!!!   Period.  End of sentence.  End of discussion.

 

Well, uh, yah, yah….. but, but, but!!!!   (whine!)  I have good nostalgic memories as a kid!!......  Yeah, I know!  So do I!  My mother took my brother and me trick-or-treating in the ‘60s, about 3 or 4 years’ worth.  It “seemed” innocent fun back then.  Though talk of razors placed in apples & given out to kids was the scary part. In the church youth group, we went to haunted houses (in other church buildings, no less!!)  and had a good time getting startled, scared, and laughing.  But really, what’s so funny about scary things in the dark anyway???

 

Here’s one for you well known prophecy teachers to use!  (No I’m not being big headed, nor sarcastic!!)  Please use.  You have my blessing!!  I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the EXPLOSION of COLORS the Creator blesses us with!!  Both here on earth AND in heaven to come!!  Revelation even talks about this going as far as describing the exact colors for each floor.

But do you know WHAT the unsaved have to “look forward to”??   Not only burning alive for every second of forever, torturous pain, but the BLACKNESS OF DARKNESS forever!!!!!!   Jude 1:13  (actually there is no “chapter” one, as it’s just one quick little book unto itself)

 

Nothing pretty there!!  They’ll never again witness the color of purple, or blue, or a coral heaven-sent sunset!!  Orange, or yellow, or pink roses!!!!  Red roses, pink petunias, purple pansies!! The ocean!!  German Shepherds, NOTHING!!!!  Nothing pretty to look at, to enjoy, to relish in.  BLACKNESS OF DARKNESS FOREVER!!!   (in addition to burning!!)

 

What’s “fun” about the blackness of darkness???

 

More Scripture AGAINST Hell-oween:  (remember:  BIBLE = BASIC INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE LEAVING EARTH!!!)

 

1 Thess 5:22  (NLT)  Stay away from EVERY KIND OF EVIL

 

1 Cor 10:31  (uh, “someone’s posting handle at Doves ….. wry grin!)  Admit, I fail OFTEN at giving God the glory in EVERYTHING I do!!!  Yet, this is what this Scripture commends us to do:  even something as daily and routine as drinking a glass of water, eating a peanut butter sandwich.  Do ALL to the glory of God!!!!!!!!

(thought:  does God GET GLORY when we’re participating in the DARKNESS of Halloween??)

 

Look up Ephesians 5:9 and 1 Corinthians 5:6  A little yeast ( a LITTLE!!)  leavens the whole lump!!!

 

Romans 13:12  “The night if far spent, the day is at hand; let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.”

 

And Matthew 5:14-16   Christians are to be LIGHT to the world!!!!   Smack in the middle of the DARKNESS of Halloween, how are we to be light??

 

Remember the UNWISE virgins lights are going out!!  (not that they were NOT lit!!  Just that they didn’t bring enough oil to make it through!!)

 

 

Friends, I’m not saying we must stay inside, blinds pulled down, and shiver.  Instead, we ask the Lord that in Jesus’ Name, He will protect our homes, the people, the pets, the property.  And that those we know who stubbornly insist on taking their children Halloweening, that their eyes will be opened.

 

BTW, I am NOT a perfect Christian!!  (news flash!)  I fail often!!  I admit my worst sins.  I admit my smallest sins (still a grievance to our Holy God!)…..  But overall, here’s the best way to think about it:  Christians should be running FROM sin!!  Not running TO sin!!!  (to jump right in!!)

 

Interestingly enough, though I liked her a lot some 15 years ago (a neighbor, another ex-friend who got her shorts in a wad over something little, refused to forgive me or ever talk to me again….)  anyway, the Lord HAD told me to part ways with her even before then.  When I failed to, “He” took care of it!!   [sounds like I have a whole collection of ex-friends…. chuckles, and I’d say that be about right, for different reasons. Often times, people are not who they say they are….] 

 

At any rate, when “D” and I were still friends, I told her how my husband and I were walking around the neighborhood & came across 1 house where it seemed they were going some kind of séance around a fire pit.  I was somewhat taken aback, when it only flamed her interest in “going to check it out”!!  As a Christian (as she claimed to be) instead, you’d think/hope she’d want to stay far, far away from it!

That wasn’t all.  When we first moved in, she & her particular family had NOTHING to do with Halloween!!  Nothing!!  Wouldn’t as much as answer the door.  Yet, soon after she turned her back to me, now guess who goes out of their way to DECORATE the entire outside of their home for this despicable holiday???  Witches, jack-o-lanterns, purple and orange lights.

All….. in the “good” name of FUN, right??   Pretty sure I just showed God’s Word says NO!!!!

 

I am personally not fully convicted to stop observing/celebrating Christmas & Easter.  Yes, I KNOW they come from pagan roots.  So do the names of the month and the names of the week!!  Are you going to stop saying the word, Tuesday??  Use dollar bills, don’t you?  (while they’re still in circulation)  Those are pagan!!  Should you burn all your money??   See my point?  We’re living in THIS world for the time being!!  I do not celebrate the Easter “bunny” nor “santa claus”.  I do not celebrate “the sun” (Christmas) but I DO celebrate The Son that He came down, so that we may go up!!  That He died for us in our places, so that we might live forever!!!!!!

(I can tear up just thinking about what JESUS did for us!!!!  Willingly!!  I admit, I could not, would not do that for people.  He didn’t have to!!  While He was hanging on the cross, we were hanging in His heart.  He loved us that much!!  And God so loved that He gave!!!...... His only begotten Son!!)

 

 

But Halloween is one I will not agree to disagree on.  Are you aware that it is the HIGH HOLY DAY for wicca, the occult, satanists??  Do you realize they do actual ritualistic MURDERS on this date???  To animals…. AND to people!!!!!

 

Anyone who thinks it’s innocent fun, I do hope you will prayerfully reconsider, measuring your personal thoughts and certainly your beliefs by God’s Word!!!!!!!

 

If we truly understand "what" Halloween is, WHY would we WANT TO celebrate "anything" that has any association to it whatsoever?  By celebrating anything at all, we are officially "recognizing" the holiday.  And then, those who are ecumenically inclined can be tempted to say, "We celebrate Halloween...and you celebrate ??? ...see, we celebrate this date in "this" way, and you do in "that" ..as we do it "together" in ecumenicity"

Paul wrote, "Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers.  For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness?  And what communion has light with darkness?  And what accord has Christ with Belial?  Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever?  And what agreement has the temple of God with idols?  For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said: "I will dwell in them And walk among them.  I will be their God, And they shall be My people."  Therefore "COME OUT FROM AMONG THEM AND BE SEPARATE, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, And I will receive you." (2 Cor 6:14-17)

We 1) come out and separate ourselves from it.  Not being anywhere near it.  And we also 2) don't even touch it.  "Do not enter the path of the wicked, And do not walk in the way of evil. Avoid it, do not travel on it; Turn away from it and pass on. (Prov 4:14-15)

As for me, and my house (yes DH wears the pants but he’s certainly on the right track of thinking!!)  we will NOT observe Halloween!!

 

 

The dog’s wanting his dinner now – and I need to “get”.  [how on earth do these critters (with souls!!)  tell time??]

 

So instead of starting a whole new letter, I pose this (different subject)  question here:

 

How is it that Christians (Church of Philadelphia)  can both have A LITTLE STRENGTH left – and yet, be EITHER hot ~ or ~ cold??????  At the same time?  If you have but a LITTLE STRENGTH left, wouldn’t you be as limp as a wet noodle??  (lukewarm)…..  How can it be both ways?

 

Ideas?  Answers anybody??  So 1 of my latest pondering thoughts!!!!  Maybe just maybe ~ it’s that we have a little strength left, just enough to offer another cold drink of water in Jesus’ Precious and Holy Name!!  Doing what we’re called and expected to do, though totally relying on Him, b/c we, in and of ourselves are bone weary, tired, and of little strength.  Maybe we go a bit slower too as we age.  😉

 

 

BTW, if you do not know about this guy….. for the past 6 months, he’s become one of my all time favorite authors, and I greatly look forward to the books he will pen out in heaven!!!!!

And I hope the same thing for myself!!  I sure wasted a lot of time down here instead of writing the many books which were always floating about in my mind.   Yet I wonder if I would have gotten a “big head” if any of my proposals would have been accepted and published.  Perhaps the Lord put those stumbling blocks in my way.  More to ponder!

And maybe while I set out with my dream of “this is what I want to do”, perhaps He gently Shepherded me back to stay in THAT LANE!!!!!  The lane where He wanted me to be!!

P.S.>>  my husband is in the middle of – well, while doing something he absolutely LOVES, something he was “born to do”, yet he just goes, goes, goes with absolutely WILD, almost maniacal non-stop ENERGY!!!!!!!   If you’d like to share in the blessing of praying for him…. would be greatly appreciated!!  His energy and doing what he loves to do – for the Lord – is beyond amazing!!  Wow, I mean seriously if you could only bottle (and sell) that energy!!!!!   BUT….
