Doves, you will never be able to understand God’s timeline of end-time events until you understand that there are only 3 ½ years or 42 months or 1,260 days remaining to be fulfilled in Daniel’s 70 weeks prophecy. The idea that there are 7 years remaining to be fulfilled is a mistake made by Man that has been passed down through the years.
Daniel 9:25 tells us that “unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks”, which equals 69 weeks.
Daniel 9:26 tells us “And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off ---“. The word after means 3 ½ years after the end of the 69th week which is confirmed by Daniel 9:27 which tells us the Messiah was cutoff in the mist of the 70th week.
Therefore, scripture is without a doubt telling us that Jesus was crucified in the middle of the 70th week, leaving only 3 ½ years remaining to be fulfilled in Daniel’s 70 weeks prophecy.
Doves let’s correct this mistake right now and go with what scripture actually tells us and not what Man has been telling us for years. There are only 3 ½ years remaining to be fulfilled in Daniel 70 weeks prophecy and likewise the tribulation is only 3 ½ years long ending at the second coming of Jesus.
