It seems my words have been misconstrued. I apologise for any confusion. Watching the very short clip in the link will give clarity.
The Jewish people who have chosen to remain under the Law are expected to keep every single jot and tittle of that Law. Our LORD Jesus never abolished the Law. He offered a new covenant that was voluntary. One either accepts the free gift of grace through faith or one does not. Our LORD Jesus strengthened the covenant between the Jewish people and Almighty God by offering an easier way. However - if they did not accept this - they are still in a covenant with Almighty God. Some Orthodox Jews try their very best to keep every jot and tittle of the Law but a lot do not. And it is this that Almighty God takes issue with. Particularly the Law of keeping the Sabbath holy to God.
One only has to look at the history of the punishment of the Jewish people that Gino submitted. It is one long list of tragedy and woe. If they were not still in a covenant with Almighty God - why would He bother?
