The U K is investing heavily in them and they want to convert  their police force into A I soldiers. 

They stress how more capable  A i soldiers and police are than mere humans.

The UK wants more A I soldiers and police than humans by 2025.

One can see urban warfare using A I police and/ or military in 

Joel 2:8...

"And when they fall upon the sword they shall not be wounded".

Mr. Ben DeNoon tells us that these robots seem to be speaking in "machine language", a language scientists have not figured out. 

Eventually these robots are able to self-compute, due to demon possession. At that point they are totally uncontrollable and could possibly turn on mankind.

Elon Musk has stated that these robots should have an oversight  committee monitoring and controlling  their independence.
