From the evening of 10-2-2020, the world goes into #7 of The Appointed Times, special appointment times, which Abba Father and The Messiah give to humankind each year. Sukkot, the Feast of Tabernacles, is The Season of Our Joy. Joy in whom and for what? Joy in our relationships with Abba Father and His Messiah. Joy in harvests. Joy in our relationships with families, friends, and communities. The sukkahs are flimsy and impermanent structures in which people often feel uncomfortable: exposed to cold, wind, and rain. They are very short term dwellings meant to represent our human lives in our fallible, frail, and flawed aging bodies. They are used to dwell in, for 7 nights and days. Think of life as a blessed Scriptural length for true long life of 70 years = 3 score plus 10. Think of Sukkah Days as decades of life! Day 1=Birth to 10.  Day 2=10 to 20.  Day 3=20 to 30.  Day 4=30 to 40.  Day 5=40 to 50.  Day 6=50 to 60.  Day 7= 60 to 70. What is Day 8 of Shemini Atzeret? It is like 70 plus! The sukkahs are dismantled on Day 7, Hoshana Rabbah. Then, Day 8,  Shemini Atzeret is a Sacred Convocation Day, like a conclusion, or wrap up day. It will be on the weekly Shabbat from 9-9 to 10 in 2020.

 

   The Noah 8 family had an 8 day warning from Month 2 Day 10 to Day 17. Have we been given a profound Reminder, even Warning, to repent and prepare? By the announced Covid-19 positive status of Donald and Melania Trump? The timing is very important! Sukkot Eve! His age is more than 70, more than the Scriptural 3 score plus 10! So is the age of Joe Biden! On 9-30-2020 during the First Presidential Debate, President Trump was addressed as “you’re a clown” twice and “ you’re a fool” once. And “Shut up man” also. On the morning and afternoon of Sukkot Eve, there have been many men “shut up” by shock, anxiety, and / or fear. SILENCE. For at least one day, Sukkot Eve when the announcement was made, there appeared to be less partisan anger, self righteousness, and hatred in America. There may still be Sukkot Reminder Days, Warning Days, for America and the world. REPENT. PREPARE. Many did not participate in Yom Kippur, or the 10 Days of Awe, or 40 Days of Teshuvah. Final Boarding Call for some in these current 8 Days of Noah Revisited? Tishri 15 to 22 may indeed be momentous in 2020. Also. The date of 10-10 to 11 is Tishri 23, Simchat Torah, Rejoicing in The Torah Day. The Messiah of Israel is the personification of The Torah, from Genesis through Deuteronomy! Those far back on the 24 hour grid will be finishing Day 8, Shemini Atzeret. We shall know soon what these days really mean in 2020!
