THE 'IMMINENT' RAPTURE IS ALSO A FALSE TEACHING.............

The false teaching of an 'imminent' rapture is commonly believed among most misinformed Christians of today. They mistakenly believe that the rapture can happen at any time without any sign or warning of any kind whatsoever for the Body of Christ Church.  They could NOT be more wrong !

According to Jesus Christ , Himself, in His words of His Olivet Discourse, as recorded by the Apostle Luke in Chapter 21, the rapture is absolutely NOT an imminent event.  We are told  there are several events which  must occur first,  BEFORE THE RAPTURE,  as signs for us to watch for to happen  shortly BEFORE the nearing "redemption" which is the resurrection / rapture of our glorified bodies. The following Scripture, in the Lord's own words, is proof positive that the rapture is NOT an imminent event :

Luke 21:28 ( Jesus speaking )

"And WHEN these things BEGIN to come to pass THEN look-up and lift-up your heads ; FOR YOUR REDEMPTION  DRAWS NEAR."

SO, THERE YOU HAVE IT:

The above Scripture, in the Lord's own words,  tells us that just BEFORE the resurrection/rapture, ie. redemption,  of our bodies we are told to "THEN look-up and lift-up or heads" to see the signs of our SOON TO COME RAPTURE. 

Does that sound like the rapture is an 'imminent' event without a sign or warning ?  No it does NOT to me either ! Are you going to  believe THE WORD OF THE LORD OR SOME FALSE TEACHER ?   

 Notice that the SIGNS that Jesus tells us to "look-up" and watch for to happen just BEFORE our rapture BEGIN in Israel according to Luke 21:20, "AND WHEN YOU  SHALL SEE......... . Jesus then gives us a list of the signs that we will see happening just BEFORE THE RAPTURE : 

:

"Jerusalem compassed with armies" (Gog-Magog armies )

"these be the days of vengeance" ( the Lord's vengeance )

"there shall be great distress in the land"  (land of Israel )

"and wrath upon this people" ( people of Israel )

"THEN they shall see the Son of Man coming" ( for the redemption of our bodies on the Day of the Rapture)
