COULDN'T YOU KEEP WATCH???
Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. “Couldn’t you men keep watch with me for one hour?” he asked Peter.

Three times he returned to the disciples on the night Jesus was arrested. The disciples had no idea what was going to take place that night he was arrested. And yet Jesus expected them to watch!
Again Jesus reached back into Torah ( Law) and chose this scripture to fulfill. Exodus 12:42 Because the Lord kept vigil that night to bring them out of Egypt, on this night all the Israelites are to keep vigil to honor the Lord for the generations to come.
Passover is the "Night of Watching" as it was when Israel left Egypt and again the night Jesus was arrested! and to be fulfilled again.HOW MANY TIMES DO WE FORGIVE?
Matthew 18:21-22 Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?”
22 Jesus answered, “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.
The common answer is forgiveness is endless. This is far from the truth. Do you think Yeshua (JESUS) picked these numbers from random? The answer is directed at Israel.
Jesus said: Mat 5:17 (“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Torah ( Law ) or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.
Jesus reached back to the prophet Daniel in chpt 9:24 “Seventy ‘sevens’ ( or weeks) are decreed for your people and your holy city to finish[d] transgression, to put an end to sin, to atone for wickedness, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the Most Holy Place.
