Hello John and Doves,
In Pastor Dana's latest
dream, October 20, 2020, he said he saw the word
"Discovery" in smoke above a split in half Capitol
Building. He said this is what the people were
running from - not the smoke or the explosion that split
the Capitol Building in half.
When I first listened to
Pastor Dana tell his dream, I thought 'discovery' was an
odd word to see in this dream. I did not know it is
actually a legal term.
"In Law, "discovery" is
the exchange of legal information and known facts of a
case. Think of discovery as obtaining and disclosing
the evidence and position of each side of a case so that
all parties involved can decide what their best options
are - move forward toward trial or negotiate an early
settlement. Parties in a case are required to participate
in the discovery process, meaning they must hand over
information and evidence about a claim so all participants
can know what they are facing at trial."
There are written
discovery, oral discovery, inspections, examinations and
'discoverable' items of potential evidence - notes,
journals, photos, videos, etc.

about your case from the FBI in order to assist your
preparation in arguing the substance of the claims
underlying your request for corrective action.
Discovery is designed to enable a party to obtain relevant
information needed to prepare the party's case.

a minimum of OARM intervention. Discovery requests
and responses thereto are not to be fled in the first
instance with OARM. They are only filed with OARM in
connection with a motion to compel discovery or as
substantive evidence to be considered in the the
case. Discovery covers any non-privileged matter
that is relevant to the issues involved in the request for
corrective action, including the existence, description,
nature, custody, condition, and location of documents or
other tangible things, and the identify and locaiton of
persons with knowledge of relevant facts.

The word "Discovery"
above the Capitol Building makes sense now.
Especially in lieu of all that has come out recently.
