Fay, you spoke so perfectly of how we all
feel about waiting on the Rapture.
We all identify with you.
It was like the cry of Rev. 6:10 " How much
longer, O Lord??"
I plan to re-read your entry,
"A Little Frightened", often.
It encourages me to be patient just a little
bit longer.
I suppose the Lord looks upon our anguish
with
His gentle care saying, as He did to
Habakkuk :
"Oh if you only knew (1:5)
what I have yet in store;
how I hasten My race toward you, Psalm 19:5.
1. I too look with great longing to see the
blood red moon Acts 2:20 so that I can begin to check off
guidposts.
2. Then I look for the Russian invasion of
Israel
and the 6 trumpet judgements.
There appears to be an interlude between the
6 trumpets, and the 7th trumpet. Possibly this will be a
time when the 7 thunders of
Rev. 10
portend more wars among many nations.
Rev. 11: 17 ?
3. During that interlude I look for the man
of sin to be in the ancient Temple ---below the Temple
Mount Plaza---and sit upon a newly discovered Ark of the
Covenant and sit arrogantly as God.
4. Then I look for the 7th and *last trump*
to sound, when we will finally be caught up in the
air to joyfully meet our Lord and to be forever with Him
in bliss and perfect peace.
Rev. 11: 18.....
" and that Thou shouldst give reward unto
Thy servants the prophets, and to Thy SAINTS and them that
fear Thy name, small and great"
As we then enter the portals of heaven, the
REAL Ark of the Covenant will be manifested up in heaven,
disproving the deity claimed by the man of sin below.
Please see Jeremiah 3:16.
So even though waiting seems forever, it is
always progressing with signs to help us see that
progression. But like you, I wish it were yesterday.
I believe that it honors and blesses the
Lord to see us
waiting with so much love in our hearts for
Him.
I believe that when Jesus was on the cross
He had this vision in front of Him, showing Him how much
His Bride yearns for Him....the very Bride He was at that
exact moment suffering so excruciatingly to obtain.
For both our Lord, and for us His bride, it
will be well worth the wait.
Your last paragraph Fay captures our heart
so well in words. It is pure praise!
You are gifted in expressing yourself.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and
feelings with us anxious Doves.
"What is real about all of us is that we are
waiting."

W.H. Auden

A. My personal belief is that Rev 11
:1--13 is an
isolated scenario that takes place near the
opening of the *GREAT* Tribulation, the last 3- 1/2 years
of this age.
B. The Rapture scenario
(Rev.11:18) is part of the
opening of the door to the *GREAT*
Tribulation ( last 3-1/2 years of this age).
For me, we are already at mid-trib now. The
first
3 and 1/2 years ( of Daniel's last
week) pertained to Israel alone and have already been
fulfilled. So there is only
3 and 1/2 years left to deal with.
The Book of Revelation never mentions a 7
year period at all. As I see it.
Grace and Peace.
