11 means Judgment and Chaos.
If something big occurs on Columbus Day, it'll usher O to come back to Power.
O is called as Joker.
As Yamim Noraim is over, the verdict is issued for each person.
But the verdict will be executed after Sukkot.
And God of mercy will change the verdict if an unrepentant repents during Sukkot.
Thus Sukkot is the last chance to repent and Judgment could begin from Shemini Atzeret or Simchat Torah.
