All who have Christ as their Savior are made worthy to receive the promise of Eternal Life in Heaven. BUT...

Only those (who are saved) who actually deny themselves and pick up their crosses to follow Him are "Worthy of Him." 

And....

It is His Bride who has, made herself ready for Him, and is worthy to be dressed in the fine white linen, and has received His New Name, who will be announced before His Father and the angels, and will be seated with Him on His throne.
