Another Anniversary of Note

Yet another intriguing anniversary. 99 years from November 11th, 1918, World War 1 ended. The ceasefire ending the war came into force on November 11th at 11 am. Hmmm.... 79 years since Kristallnacht.... 99 years since the end of World War 1. Both anniversaries falling one year short of the rounded figures of 80 and 100.

I'm not trying to grasp at straws (okay.... maybe I am. Haha) but I am now hooked onto all these anniversaries.
