This article is very weird. Think about it. If the money can be found to evacuate thousands of Puerto Ricans - why can't the money be found to bring some semblance of order to the island?  Obviously the money is being used to evacuate the island instead of the more practical choice of bringing order. I smell a conspiracy here. I really do ( sans tin foil hat ). Sure, it's tough and inconvenient to live without power etc. And I really do sympathise. But these people don't look traumatised, starving or gagging for water - crawling on their bellies with shaky arms reaching out in desparation. These are sensible folk who are leaving for whatever reason. Economic reasons? Given up hope on any real progress, reasons? Either way - they are obviously being aided and abetted to leave. Why? Is the question.
