This is a bit contrived, but from Purim 2001 to New Year's Eve 2016 gives an interesting number:

From and including: Thursday, March 8, 2001
To, but not including Saturday, December 31, 2016
Result: 5777 days
It is 5777 days from the start date to the end date, but not including the end date
