The U.S. Dept. of Defense ( Ash Carter ) is putting 20 new type nuclear bombs in Germany. The new atomic bombs are called B61-12. Many are saying that  the Defense Dept. "is losing all contact with reality".

The B61-12 has two capabilities:
1. Can be used strategically by Heavy Bombers
2. Can be used by tactical aircraft

The article mentioned the fact that on September 19, 2015, Pope Francis said that we are in this "Third World War" . Strange that he should use that phrase.

This of course has Europe nervous, especially Germany which will be perceived as a target. And not only Germany, but also Hungary will be the Command Center for NATO, making it also a target area.

Connecting the dots, the West--especially America-- will most likely head this military connection with Europe.

It seems highly probable to me that a candidate for European Union affairs ( foreign policy UMFA, "High Representative") would be a prominent American.
