By 1 Cor 10:31

 

Obviously I try to stay pretty cautious online, but knowing there are “tons” of Roberts out there, I feel safe in putting it this way.  Past history:   years ago he & my DH had a “falling out”  RE: both were in a Christian band at the time, my DH started it, Robert came in as a ‘control freak’ and after a year or so was asked to leave.

 

So I don’t know if it’s due to THAT…… or b/c we have a bigger house than they have (and we’re neighbors with him being only 3 or 4 houses down, and can see directly at our house, our comings & goings……… or perhaps as the Psalmist says in Psalm 35 “WITHOUT CAUSE” they have hidden their net for me in a pit……  reason doesn’t truly matter…… what does matter is that for the past 2 ½ years he & his family have tried several times in several ways to break into our house!!!    Unsuccessfully of course.  So it’s not like I can run to the police & claim someone “TRIED” to break in.  (They’ve always had other people try it for them, yet I KNOW they’re behind it – can tell by the way he drives by & INTENTLY STARES at me with a great big smirky look on his face some 15 to 20 minutes after another failed attempt.)   Or the way his wife will come stand in the street right in front of our house, trying to peer into the windows!  Or the way his mid 20s y/o daughter “marches” down here so she can try to peek in when she thinks we are gone.

 

At any rate, I truly believe the Lord has had His angels stationed around us and around our house.  And I truly appreciate if you’d take a moment & pray that Robert and his family will ALWAYS BE UNSUCCESSFUL in their attempts….. and that they will stop even trying!! ….  Ps. 35:8  Let destruction come upon him unexpectedly, And let his net that he has hidden CATCH HIMSELF.  May the angel of the Lord pursue them!

 

The Lord has protected me/us sooo many times over the years!!   It comes to remembrance now & then and then I thank Him & praise Him for it!!  He’s protected us in the past; I know He can protect us from now till the trumpet…..
