For those of you who read my post from last week http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/sep2014/johnb921.htm and believe as I do that the seals are indeed interventions rather that judgments……… then here is what I believe is on the horizon from a biblical perspective.
As I stated last week many events appear to happen when Jesus and God the Father intervene during the timeframe of the sixth seal. It would only be speculation on my part as to the duration of this timeframe. It may be days or months before all the many events that appear to encompass this sixth seal period are completed.
What are the events happening during this period of the sixth seal that are directly listed in scripture…..those that are indirectly listed and those not listed but assumed because of other revealed scripture?
The events that are “directly listed” to happen in Revelation 6 and 7 during the duration of the sixth seal opening are……
1) a great earthquake that appears to be worldwide for it moves every mountain and island out of their places
2) the sun turning black as sackcloth of hair
3) the moon became the color of blood
4) the stars (angels) of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind.
(Notice that in this verse heaven is singular. If the word stars literally meant stars or meteors then I believe the phrase “the heavens” would have been used. But instead God is talking about ousting Satan’s angels out of heaven before we (the Church) get there and this appears to be the appropriate time to do that.)
5) the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up
6) the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man hid themselves in caves and in the rocks of the mountains (fortified locations) to avoid looking at the “face” of God
7) the “face” of Him who sets on the throne (God the Father) the face no man can look at without being destroyed is exposed to peoples and portions of the planet
8) an announcement was made that the wrath of the Lamb (Jesus) has begun
9) the “sealing” of the 144,000 happens as per scripture within the timeframe of this seal before the opening of the seventh seal (Revelation 7)
10) untold millions of people show up in heaven during this sixth seal duration….….“a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples and tongues‘…… “that came out of the great tribulation”…. (didn’t have to go through it)
Due to the seals being interventions rather that judgments one can only conclude that those showing up in heaven are the raptured church which a loving Jesus has intervened for and pulled out of harms way ( Revelation 7:9 )
11) four angels at the four corners of the earth are holding back the four winds of the earth from blowing life back into the whole resurrected house of Israel (Revelation 7:1, Ezekiel 37:9-10) which compose God’s exceedingly great end times army (Ezekiel 37:10) until the 144,000 have been sealed ( Revelation 7:1)
(These four angels at some point are released to allow these four winds to blow life into this exceedingly great army in Revelation 9:14. The exploits and extreme horror of this army can be found in Joel 2, Isaiah 13,and Revelation 9:13-21………. as they kill one third of the planet.)
Events that are “indirectly listed” that appear to happen during the timeframe of the sixth seal..…..
1) Ezekiel 38 and 39 conflict which is previewed in Psalms 83 and Isaiah 17
2) great earthquake spoken of in Ezekiel 38:19 that appears to be worldwide (all men that are on the earth shall shake) the mountains shall be thrown down, the steep places shall fall. This appears to be the same worldwide earthquake as Revelation 6 linking the two events together.
3) the “face” of God the Father (Ezekiel 38:18) will be exposed to Israel’s enemies which are Gog and his followers.
(Gog in my belief is a demonic prince who has ruled over eastern Europe and western Asia for centuries. I believe that he (Gog) was responsible for the creation of the Islamic religion which emanated from that region. A demonic religion of death)
Note that the passages that refer to the “face of God” directly tie the time frame of the Ezekiel 38 war with the sixth seal in Revelation 6. So if you interpolate that…….. it means that the rapture happens in the same time frame that God intervenes for Israel in the Ezekiel 38,39 conflict.
We now presently see Gog’s forces amassing in the Middle East. When these demonically filled forces (ISIS) believe they are strong enough they will come against Israel but will be met in the mountains of Israel (Golan Heights) by God the Father and then throughout the world by His end times army.

4) worldwide press coverage of how God the Father eradicates Israel’s enemies on the mountains of Israel ……”Thus I will magnify Myself and sanctify Myself, and I will be known in the eyes of many nations. (through the world media) Then they shall know that I am the Lord”…… Ezekiel 38:23
5) Many other areas of scripture speak to this time period and I will not list them….. except for Isaiah 18. It sheds a great deal of hidden information about events during the sixth seal such as ….
a) when the rapture is getting near
b) how it will be preceded by a banner (a sign in the sky that all can see) and a trumpet blast
c) description of the dead and alive in Christ rising
d) timing of the rapture
e) the rapture itself
f) who is taken who is left
g) cross references to Ezekiel 38 concerning who is fighting who and what part the birds of prey and beasts of the earth play in this scenario
Events that are “assumed to be happening” during the period of the sixth seal because of related scripture…….
1) the great resurrection of the “dead in Christ” spoken of in Thessalonians and Corinthians (those who have accepted Jesus as their savior throughout the centuries and have died believing in Him and His sacrifice) These resurrected but not yet raptured may wander the earth for days ministering to their loved ones as was the case of the resurrected people when Jesus was resurrected.
2) from this “one” great resurrection of the dead………. I believe the whole house of Israel is also resurrected at this very same time (as per Ezekiel 37)
When I say “the whole house of Israel” I mean all of the descendents and lineage of Jacob who have died over all the centuries. They comprise hundreds of millions of people……..these people are those that form the exceedingly great army (Ezekiel 37:10) of 200 million resurrected spirit beings (Revelation 9:16) that are tasked to kill one third of the planet (Revelation 9:15) They are also the great multitude of people from whom God takes His first fruits of the human harvest……the 144,000. Twelve thousand from the twelve tribes of Israel.
3) And at some point we who are alive and have chosen Jesus as our Lord and Savior will be combined together with the dead in Christ and collectively we will be instantly transformed into our new spirit bodies and then taken up (raptured) to meet Jesus in the clouds. We will be taken to a safe place for the duration of the wrath that will befall the earth…..a time referred to as Jacobs trouble.
So what can we anticipate will happen knowing what God has shared with us in these passages of His Holy Word?
It appears to me due to the cross references of scripture that when we see Gog and his followers ( to me that means the followers of the demonic religion of Islam) amass in the Middle East and grow strong enough to come against Israel in an attempt to wipe Israel from the map……then the season of the rapture is very near. I believe this season is no more than a year off when one considers all the other signs that we are witnessing whether it be blood moons, earthquakes, pestilences, famines, etc. etc. etc. and the rate at which ISIS is growing. Also as per Isaiah 18 and The Song of Solomon the taking away (rapture) should happen in the late spring or summer so this is when I anticipate the Ezekiel 38,39 conflict to begin. 2015??
It is very apparent to me and our retired military generals that our Muslim president (who admitted to being a Muslim on live TV) is not serious in defeating ISIS. When his plan was reviewed by seasoned military veterans (active military is too intimidated to speak) they viewed the plan as worthless.
Obama is a Trojan Muslim Horse and you will never see him ok a serious plan to defeat Muslims / ISIS. He won’t even acknowledge that ISIS are Muslims…..unbelievable. They are flooding across our borders as we speak because we have a lawless Muslim president.
He, Hillary Clinton and the Muslim brotherhood members on his staff and others have covertly done everything in their power to aid and abet the Muslim Brotherhood and other demonic Muslim groups in the Middle East and North Africa over the last several years in an effort to aid in the formation of a Muslim caliphate and a then a holy war (jihad) against Israel.
There will be no coalition of countries that will put any boots on the ground or put out a serious effort to defeat ISIS / Gog because these countries are ruled directly or indirectly by Satan. (Ephesians 6:12) ISIS will grow stronger and stronger until they believe they can overwhelm Israel. Many other Muslim countries especially Iran will support their efforts either openly or covertly in an all out effort to eradicate Israel once and for all.
But we know from scripture in Ezekiel 38, 39 that they will run headlong into a very very angry God of the Jews on the mountains of Israel who will flood them, stone them with giant hailstones and toast them like marshmallows when they come face to face with Him. Then His exceedingly great end times army of 200 million spirit beings (with His spirit inside them Ezekiel 37:14) will scour the planet eradicating one third of its inhabitants who are followers of Gog, their demonic Islamic religion and all of its supporters.
This event will be witnessed by the world wide media resulting in all classifications of human beings being terrified at what they are witnessing. They will hide themselves in reinforced enclosures in an effort to avoid……..“the face of the one who sets on the throne” and His avenging army.
I would like to believe that this happens just prior rather than just after the rapture so that this event can be used as a giant witnessing tool to those who are “Christian fence sitters”. This should indeed give them the impetus they need to be “all in” for Jesus before time expires.
When this whole Ezekiel 38 / great resurrection / sixth seal scenario is complete, where does this leave the world?
The great resurrection (rapture) has happened…….Jesus’ church is in heaven
The nearly seven year time of Jacob’s trouble has arrived for the Jews
As per Revelation 14 the 144,000 are in heaven following Jesus where ever He goes.
There are approximately three billion less people on the planet. Two billion killed and one billion raptured
The two witnesses should be arriving on the world stage. This arrival of the two witnesses to me signals the kickoff of the tribulation period / the time of Jacob’s trouble. The last half of this period being what Jesus in Matthew 24 calls……. a great tribulation (or the great tribulation) such as has never been
Satan and his fallen angels have been banished from heaven and now reside on earth
Earth will be in a state of chaos and anarchy
A well known world figure, a pope, as per Revelation 17 steps forward to calm the planet. He seems to have all the answers to what just happened and does indeed calm the planet. The bible says in Revelation17:8 that he, this entity, who is masquerading as a pope, ascends from the bottomless pit and is demonically filled. Later Satan himself will also occupy the image of this person.
He (the antichrist) formulates a seven year game plan with the countries of the world to bring peace, safety and prosperity back to the planet.
He breaks the planet up into ten regions to be overseen by the new world government (actually ten of his cronies / Jesuits from the order of the black pope) Rev.17
He proposes and brings forth a one world monetary system, a one world government and later after 3.5 years he forces a one world religion on the planet
A world leader from a strong military / democratic country who was forced to declare martial law in his country as a result of the world chaos at the rapture then assumes a dictatorial role in that country and also becomes the “enforcer” for the antichrist. He is the second beast spoken of in Revelation 13. He is I believe Barack Obama. In a separate post I will explain why he is the second beast and not the antichrist.
As per Revelation 9 the rest of mankind that were not killed or raptured did not repent of the works of their hands, that they should not worship demons, and idols of gold, silver, brass, stone and wood, which can neither see, hear nor walk. And they did not repent of their murders or their sorceries or their sexual immorality or their thefts. Revelation 9:20-21
As a result of the eradication of the Muslims, Israel will have no neighbors and will be able to occupy the original lands that they were promised by God. A piece of real estate that is many times greater than their land now.
Israel (without the Muslims) will be able to re-build their temple on its original location on the dome of the rock where the Muslim mosque resides without any negative feedback or turmoil
The ministry of God’s two end times witnesses will be occurring around the world. Many will try to kill these two witnesses but will fail for they are supernaturally protected. As per scripture their ministry lasts 3.5 years. During this same 3.5 years (Rev.13:5) the antichrist will play the “Mr. Nice Guy” role smoozing and charming the planet while behind the scenes he orchestrates a stranglehold on the power structure of the planet. At this 3.5 year mark from the beginning of Jacob’s trouble (as per Revelation 13:6) everything changes.
The antichrist….
a) blasphemes God, blasphemes God’s name, blasphemes God’s tabernacle and blasphemes those who dwell in heaven.
How does he do this? He does it by declaring that he is the one true God of the universe and he now resides on earth rather than a heavenly tabernacle and he expects to be honored and worshiped as such.
As per Daniel 9:27 and Revelation 13:5.…..…. He, the antichrist, half way through a seven year period (42 months)……. brings an end to sacrifice and offering. What does that mean? It means that all the prayers of all the religions on earth and sacrifices (sacrifice of the Catholic Mass) that were offered on a daily basis to God in heaven are to be cancelled or stopped.
Instead……. all worship and prayers are now to be directed to him here on earth. He will require all to worship him and take his mark under the penalty of death. Hence the one world religion starts at the 3.5 year mark of the nearly seven year period. I say “nearly” because God said in Matthew 24:22 that He had to cut this period short or no flesh would have survived.
How does the antichrist convince the planet that he is who he says he is? The bible says that he will display all forms of lying signs and wonders. But the clincher that will suck in the whole planet and convince them he is the real deal is when in Revelation 13:7.….God allows him to kill the two witnesses who no one on earth could previously harm.
Then (very near this 3.5 year mark) he (the antichrist) trots himself down to Jerusalem into the newly constructed Jewish temple and announces that seeing he is the one true god he will be “setting up shop” there in the Holy of Holies. This obviously is the abomination of desolation spoken of in Matt.24 where Jesus is speaking and addressing the Jews.
What greater abomination could there be then to usurp the title and authority of the real God and then to also take up residence in God the Father’s earthly chambers……the Holy of Holies.
Jesus says speaking to the Jews….……“when you see the “abomination of desolation” (this demonic being who claims to be the true God) spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place, then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let him who is on the housetop not go down to take anything out of his house. And let him who is in the field not go back to get his cloths. But woe to those who are pregnant and nursing babies in those days! And pray that your flight may not be in winter or on the Sabbath. For then there will be great tribulation such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be“………
It appears that this act by the antichrist…..showing up in the new Jewish temple and declaring that he is the real god and will now occupy the Holy of Holies as one of his thrones……. will be the straw that broke the camel’s back. It will kick off or start the second half of the tribulation or what we and the bible call the great tribulation. God’s most severe of the tribulation judgments begin at this point. The people of Jerusalem won’t even have time to change their cloths before God’s great wrath starts. I’ll stop here and won’t go into what happens after this point it will make this post way too long.
As you can glean from this post if one believes that the rapture / great resurrection / Ezekiel 38-39 war all begin during the period of the sixth seal then that would be a pre-trib and also a pre-wrath situation for Christ‘s church……so…. we do not need to argue anymore……we are both right!!!!!!

Satan as per scripture is the prince or ruler of this planet. He was granted this authority after Adam and Eve failed in the garden of Eden. Satan is also the author of lies and deception and is the master of these sins.
With this in mind, how many times do you think he has sowed misinformation or mistruths into society concerning biblical scripture in an effort to confuse and lead Christ's followers astray? Or used his lies to portray Jesus in a bad light ?
How many times do you think his false teachers who may be pastors, high church officials and especially "so called bible scholars" have skewed the real meaning of scripture verses on purpose in an effort to confuse and influence God's flock?
How many explanations of scripture have you believed because you were told what to believe without checking it out for yourself and asking God for discernment?
Let me tell you one of the biggest false interpretations of scripture that I believe has ever been used to fool and confuse Christians. Satan has through his minions seen to it that this falsehood was "poured in concrete" as a truth never to be questioned. What is this great falsehood that paints Jesus in a bad light and has been used for centuries to fool and confuse the world and to even skew when and how the rapture happens?
Answer......That the seven seals are judgments for the end times....... when they are not. They are and were loving interventions by Jesus that have spanned centuries.
Yes, but you say....... when you read the seven seals they are horrific happenings, how could they possibly be loving interventions?
Let's take another un-Satanic fresh look at the Book of Revelation and the seven seals and then you judge for yourselves whether these seals are horrific judgments by Jesus or loving interventions by Him.
As you well know John the apostle who was imprisoned on the island of Patmos in approximately 95AD was spiritually taken up to heaven. While in heaven he was given (if you will) a video presentation, a movie of all the events that would transpire from 95AD until the end times events were completed..... some 2000 years of recorded history (3000 if you count the millennium). In this video presentation or vision which spanned many centuries God showed John events that would transpire not only on earth but also in heaven.
John at the end of this great vision chronicled in great detail the events and happenings that he had witnessed in what we call the Book of Revelation. I am only going to focus on a small part of these events from this great vision............ and that is the information John chronicled to us concerning the seven seals.
So here goes.......
When we read Revelation chapter 5 we see that an angel proclaimed that no one in heaven....on earth.... or under the earth was found worthy to open the seven seals and read the scroll that described events that were to happen.
This made John the Revelator extremely sad.
Revelation 5:4 says that John "wept much" that no one was found worthy to open the seals or read the text of the scroll.
If these seals were indeed judgments as most believe........... then why would John be so distraught and upset that no one could be found to dispense the horror? Does that make any sense? Absolutely not.......
There were lots of Satan's troops that are / were in heaven... on the earth.... and imprisoned under the earth that could dispense judgments and horror......that is, if the seals were indeed judgments. But they were not judgments.......they are and were holy interventions.... and there had to be someone holy and worthy and qualified to intervene......to change history if you will.
It appears that only Jesus who laid down His life for humanity had the executive authority (if you will) to intervene on behalf of a fledgling church and the Jews.
Enter Jesus.......
One can only believe that John was extremely exuberant when Jesus the sacrificial lamb stepped forward in the throne room of heaven and took the scroll from God the Father who sat on the throne. This resulted in an joyous outburst by the witnesses of this event that could probably be heard throughout the cosmos. The four living creatures and the twenty four elders fell down before Jesus and broke out a new song singing.......
"You are worthy to take the scroll,
And to open its seals;
For you were slain,
And have redeemed us to God by Your blood
Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,
And have made us kings and priests to our God;
And we shall reign on the earth."
Then millions of angels proclaimed with a loud voice........
"Worthy is the Lamb who was slain
To receive power and riches and wisdom,
And strength and honor and glory and blessing!"
And to make the joyous cosmic outburst complete, every creature which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and such as are in the sea proclaimed.........
"Blessing and honor and glory and power
Be to Him who sits on the throne,
And to the Lamb, forever and ever.
Now....do you really believe that all these trillions of witnesses of this event in heaven and on earth would be this excited and elated if the seven seals and the scroll contained horrible judgments? Absolutely and definitely not !!!!!!!
The witnesses of this event in the throne room of heaven were beside themselves with joy and extremely elated that someone (Jesus) was found holy and worthy enough to intervene.......not punish.
Intervene for who? Intervene for a fledgling Christian church who was trying to survive in a world controlled by Satan when Satan was using everything at his disposal to eradicate not only this fledgling Christian church but also God's chosen people the Jews.
Only Jesus, the Sacrificial Lamb, through His shed blood was found holy enough and worthy enough to intervene for the survival of His new church and the Jews throughout the time frame from John's vision in 90AD........... until the present time.
That's right....... Jesus has directly intervened several times over these 2000 years by the opening of seals or there would not have been a Christian Church or a Jew left on the planet.
Take note.........The "opening of a seal" ( my strong belief) is just a description of an intervention on Jesus' part, some already past and some future. Several of the seals have already been lovingly opened by Jesus.
When we focus on the seals from “a Jesus' loving perspective”........... it puts a completely different outlook and outcome on history.....past, present and future. It exemplifies His extreme love for us and puts an altogether different scenario looking forward on the unfolding of the end time events. It portrays Him as a loving father and protector of His flock rather than the dispenser of horror cheered on by the multitudes in heaven.
Not to say that His wrath doesn't come but if you notice in Revelation 6...... the announcement of "His personal wrath" on the planet doesn't begin until after He has loving dispatched six of the seven seal interventions.
Obviously those of you who are reading this will want more proof and specifics to back up what I am saying because you along with most of the planet have bought into the ruse that Satan has used. That is....... the seals are judgments administered by a not so loving Jesus.
This revelation of truth will also put a completely different slant on the rapture of the church and its timing because the rapture is just another continued loving intervention by Jesus to save His church which happens during the time duration of one of these seals. Once one understands the intercessory role of the seals the whole end time picture changes.
Let's now look at the seals from a loving God's perspective showing where He has intervened over 2000 years on our behalf and will continue to do so in the future.
I know you Doves don't like to read long posts (nor do I) but sometimes it is necessary in order to shed enough light on the matter to reveal the truth. To do so, I have to describe these seals in some detail so you get the true picture of Jesus' interventions on our behalf. The picture that Satan has been trying to keep from you. So here goes.......
Seal 1.....And I looked, and behold, a white horse. He who sat on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer.
There was a time in the last 2000 years that Satan was winning and Christ's church and the Jews were in jeopardy of being eradicated but Jesus intervened at the first seal. In the Middle Ages the Roman Catholic Church under the Vatican and the papal popes murdered a least 60 million true Christians and Jews that would not bow to the demonic authority of Rome. (Satan was winning the battle)This went on for centuries until Jesus intervened by opening the first seal allowing Napoleon Bonaparte to conquer Europe and put an end to the power of the papal states.... and then the slaughter ended. And yes, Napoleon was famous for riding a white horse. He was the conqueror of Europe (crown) and was a great military man (bow).
Seal 2....And another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword.
There was another time in the last 2000 years that Christ's church, the Jews and the whole earth was in jeopardy of being destroyed. Again I believe that Jesus intervened and oversaw the happenings of this period (this seal) to insure the survival of the Jews, His Church and the earth in general. The period I speak of is World War II. (Satan was winning again) Germany under the demonic Nazis were hell bent on the eradication of the Jews and true Christians. They rolled over Europe and North Africa like a plague. They formed a pact with Japan to conquer the entire world and in the process started a world war and took peace from the earth. The German's were on the verge of perfecting the first nuclear bomb (great sword) which would have given the planet to Satan. But Jesus was there to oversee this period, this second seal, to prevent this from occurring. I believe He delayed Germany and advanced America with the building of the hydrogen bomb which again saved the Jews, the true Christians and the world from Satan's control. Remember....we do not fight flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
So we are badly outnumbered and periodically Jesus has to intervene on our behalf or the bad guys would win. Kind of like a bunch of baby ducks living on a pond full of alligators......hence His seal two intervention.
Seal 3....So I looked, and behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine.
I believe this seal speaks to the economic factors of the planet. If you are like me you can't understand how the whole deck of economic cards has not completely fallen. Almost every country on the planet is way way way beyond bankrupt. The greed and outright monetary stealing (lawlessness) that is going on with no consequences is unbelievable. Satan is very pleased. What is preventing the complete economic collapse resulting in chaos and anarchy? I believe Jesus is, through His intervention with the third seal. Why? maybe because the fullness of the church is not complete. It doesn't matter how broke the planet is, people still just want to party..party..party. Hence...do not harm the oil and the wine.
Seal 4...So I looked and behold, a pale horse. And the name who sat on him was Death, and Hades followed with him. And power was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword, with hunger, with death and by the beasts of the earth.
This is an easy one. This seal speaks of Islam "the religion of Death". A fourth of the world's population and a fourth of the land mass is controlled by Islam. In the lands under their control they kill, starve and butcher anyone they choose who will not join their Death cult. They believe if they die as a martyr for Allah that they will go to paradise but what awaits them and follows them is Hades. We saw the Islamic pale green horse ride on worldwide TV during the riots in Cairo. Satan has the Muslims worked up into a demonic frenzy. They are willing to commit mass suicide around the planet to eradicate the Jews, the Christians and anyone else who won't bow to their demonic religion.
Please take note that this scripture (seal) states that power was given to them (Muslims) to control one quarter of the earth's geography and in this land mass that they control they will kill with the sword, butcher and starve people. It does not say that one fourth of the planet will be killed.
Islam does control the geography of one fourth of the earth at the present time and all one needs to do is read the newspaper or watch the TV news to see that they are doing all the horrible things spoken of in this fourth seal......right now!!!
I recently wrote a three part series to Doves detailing God's exceedingly great end times army spoken of many times in scripture. He appears to use this army as per scripture to eradicate over two billion people. It is my belief that it will be another one of His seal interventions (the fourth) when He eradicates all people who have signed up for and who support the demonic Islamic religion of death. The bible says that a third of the population of the planet will be killed by this army. The Muslims alone don't account for quite that big a number but when you add in their supporters and other Muslim enablers it does account for one third the population of the planet.
If you have any misguided leanings in supporting or condoning this demonic Muslim religion or it's followers (including Palestinians) you might want to reconsider. When God unleashes His end time army you don't want to be on His two billion eradication hit list.
Seal 5....I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held. And they cried with a loud voice, saying, "How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?" Then a white robe was given to them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed.
Have you ever heard the biblical expression---absent from the body, present with the Lord? Well if you die "in Christ", meaning that during your life you made a conscious decision to accept Jesus Christ and the bloody sacrifice He made on your behalf on the cross then you are His for eternity. So when you die, not your physical body but your soul goes immediately to Him (present with the Lord) but the consciousness of your soul appears to be asleep and you may have no concept of time. Now from Christ's sacrifice on the cross to the present, there are untold millions of people that have accepted Him and untold millions who were viciously martyred for Him. (for example--many many millions of true Christians and Jews were martyred by the Catholic Church in the Middle ages) The souls of all those people have been present with the Lord but asleep since their deaths. God seems to explain this clearly in 1 Thess.4:13-18
"But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus. For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words."
So the souls of these millions and millions of people who have been asleep some from nearly 2000 years ago, some from two moments ago, are awaken from their sleep as Jesus opens the fifth seal. A lot of them are very angry because they were violently killed for their belief in Jesus throughout the ages and are crying out to Him. They want to know how long it will be before Jesus judges those on earth who killed them. Jesus gives them all white robes and tells them to rest, and that they will have to wait "a little while longer" until the number of His believers is complete. Obviously there is a total accumulated number of fellow servants, a human goal if you will, a preconceived quantity of believers that has to be reached before the Rapture of the church will happen. ( not my words but the Lords.…… in Rev.6:11)
We on earth will not know when this total quantity of believers has been reached or when this fifth seal has been opened in heaven but it appears that the first three seals have been opened and the believers in Christ are being added to this total at a rapid rate. Christians are dying and being martyred around the world at an unprecedented accelerated rate whether it be in Iraq, Syria, Nigeria, Sudan, Pakistan, Egypt, Indonesian or most any Muslim country there is.
How does Jesus lovingly intervene in the fifth seal? He brings back to life (consciousness) millions of His followers who have been “asleep in Jesus”. 1 Thessalonians 4:14
The sixth seal.....
When this preconceived quantity of believers has been reached from the fifth seal and the time is right Jesus will once again intervene and open the sixth seal.
It is my belief using many other scripture cross references that many things happen when Jesus and God the Father intervene “during the timeframe” of the sixth seal. Revelation 6 lists many of the events as does many other areas of scripture.
Here are some of the events listed in Revelation 6 set to happen during the timeframe of the sixth seal…… but not all at the same instant as Jesus intervenes in this seal. I am also including my interpretation of the phrases used in these verses of scripture and I will include other related scriptures I believe are applicable.
1) A "world wide" earthquake will shake the planet
2) The sun will blacken in color whether due to an eclipse or volcanic dust as many volcanoes erupt as a result of the worldwide earthquake
3) The moon will appear red whether from a lunar eclipse or from volcanic dust
4) The sky as we view it will appear to roll up like a scroll maybe allowing transport up or down from another dimension.
5) The stars of heaven will fall to the earth like a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. This may represent a large meteor shower of small meteors or as I believe, the word “star” in the bible also represents angels…… meaning that at some time during the timeframe of the sixth seal Satan's angels will be cast to earth.
6) All levels of humanity will try to hide themselves from the "face" of Him that sits on the throne and from His wrath....Rev.6:15-16
7) The Ezekiel 38 and 39 war / event will start with this same "world wide" earthquake Ezekiel 38:19
8) As per Ezekiel 38:18 God the Father (He who sits on the throne) will intervene on Israel behalf and in doing so He will show His "face" to Israel's enemies literally melting their eyes from their heads and their tongues from their months before their bodies hit the ground. Notice that the same terminology is used in Revelation 6:16 and Ezekiel 38:18 concerning the “face” of God the Father tying the time frame of the Ezekiel 38 war with the time period of the sixth seal.
The people of this planet will witness through the world media what God the Father (He who sits on the throne) does to Gog and Gog’s followers on the mountains of Israel in the Ezekiel 38 conflict. The bible says that He shows them His “face” at which point they will literally melt. This will create extreme fear on the planet. This fear is expressed in Revelation 6:15-16 which roughly states…..And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man hid themselves in the caves (fortified structures), reinforced buildings, etc. etc. in an effort to hide themselves from the “face” of God the Father because of what they had just witnessed ……..the eradication and literal melting of Gog and his followers.
9) The prophecies in Ezekiel 38 and 39 will be fulfilled
10) There will be a great resurrection of the dead. The dead in Christ (our loved ones who have died) will be raised and they may roam the planet for days as was the case when Jesus was raised from the dead.
Millions of Jews from the whole house of Israel will be raised from the dead as per Ezekiel 37 and form an exceedingly great end times army led by God Himself and will ride fire breathing horses as per Joel 2 and Revelation 9. Their mission to kill one third of the people on the planet.
11) From this great resurrection God will choose His first fruits from the whole house of Israel, that being the 144,000. Twelve thousand from all the twelve tribes of Israel
12) At some point during the time span of the sixth seal the dead in Christ and the alive in Christ will be joined and transformed and taken (raptured) to meet Jesus in the clouds. As per Isaiah 18 and Song of Solomon this should happen in the late spring or early summer. Preceding the rapture or catching away there should be the sound of a great trumpet and the display of some sort of huge banner to announce the rapture. (Isaiah 18)
Obviously I could go into great explanation and extensive detail with all of these 12 points listed but for today just the high points will suffice.
But I am sure you can see where Jesus and (also this time) God the Father intervened for the church and the Jews in the greatest of ways by extracting us from harm (rapture) and transforming us into our spiritual bodies and resurrecting the whole house of Israel.
Like I said I don't know how long the timeframe spans during the sixth seal. My guess is that we may still be here (just prior to the rapture) to witness God the Fathers intervention for Israel in Ezekiel 38 and 39 where He and His army takes His wrath out on demonic Islam and then uses this event as a last minute witnessing tool for all the "almost Christian fence sitters" to make a final decision for their salvation through Him.
As we can see presently from the news Gog and his followers are amassing in the Middle East. This appears to be the tee up for Ezekiel 38 and 39.
Also if the rapture did happen during the timeframe of the sixth seal there should be some major biblical press coverage of this monumental event.....is there? Yes.....just a few verses later Christ's church shows up in heaven. A great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples and tongues. These were the ones who come out of the great tribulation.......meaning they didn't have to go through it. God promised them they would not have to endure His wrath and He kept His promise. They were taken from the earth during the sixth seal before verse 17 that states ......His great wrath has come……has started.
Was there any major biblical press coverage in Revelation 4 where the pre-tribers say the rapture happens? None

“When He opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for half an hour"
How in the world could this verse / statement be an intervention on behalf of Christ's church or the Jews?
Well if you remember your scripture it says that Satan in heaven is the accuser of the brethren day and night. There was no silence or peace because Satan was running his mouth day and night making accusations against Christ's church.
It appears to me that God intervened at this seventh seal by casting Satan out of heaven.
Now there is "silence" in heaven with no accusations and now millions of Christians show up there in heaven and Satan can no longer accuse them.......he's been banished to earth.
In conclusion......if one follows the seals for what they are......... holy interventions spanning almost 2000 years by a loving sacrificial Lamb and not horrible judgments...... then it is only logical and biblical that the greatest intervention of all, the rapture or great resurrection, would transpire during one of these seals. All of my biblical study and scripture cross links lead to the sixth seal intervention as the point of our resurrection / rapture along with a lot of other major events on the biblical calendar. So don't be afraid of the judgments of the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse I don‘t believe there will be any.............at least not from Jesus.
I realize that this makes me a pre-wrath advocate and I am proud of it. This is where scripture has led me. I don’t have or have I read thousands of biblical related books from any huge personal library and I don’t ramble on and on name dropping all these great “human men” that have written all these books. I choose to read just one book where all the truth and wisdom resides and ask God for discernment……God’s Holy Word…..the Bible.
If this makes me a “babbler” as some believe……then so be it. I wear the title proudly.
And just for the record I don’t subscribe to Matt.24 and the other descriptions that are suppose to be the characteristic thinking of a babbling pre-wrather. So please don't paint all pre-wrath believers with such a broad brush.
After digesting that the seals are interventions and not judgments there should be many more who will subscribe to a pre-wrath rapture.
