BIBLICAL PROOF THAT THERE ARE 1260 DAYS BETWEEN THE TWO
RAPTURES BEFORE THE GREAT TRIBULATION IS SHORTENED
Hi:
> >
looking at the calendar for the next year on the Karaite
Korner website, I found that there will be an anticipated 110 day interval
between Pentecost and the Feast of Trumpets in 2015. If this 110 day interval
holds up for later dates which might be associated toward the end of the beasts
allotted time, it would have the coming-out of a cleansed and persecuted church,
who has made their robes white, on a future Pentecost. It kind of fits, doesn't
it?
I am glad you are searching for clues, but I can’t see a fit there.
The days in a Hebrew month do not change between Pentecost and the Feast of
Trumpets in any year. The first month that can change is Cheshvan.
Nisan has 30 days.
Iyar has 29 days.
Sivan has 30 days.
Tamuz has 29 days.
Av has 30 days.
Elul has 29 days.
Tishri has 30 days.
Cheshvan has either 29 or 30 days.
For your comparison, below are the scriptures in the KJV, plus my
comments.
BOTH RAPTURES ARE IN REVELATION 11, AND THERE ARE ONLY 42 MONTHS (3.5
YEARS) BETWEEN THEM, BEFORE THE GREAT TRIBULATION IS SHORTENED
The “RISE” in Rev. 11:1 is the same as the “COME UP HITHER” of Rev. 4:1.
Both speak of the First-Trump Rapture.
Rev 10:11 says, “And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy
AGAIN before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and
kings.”
BOTH CHAPTERS 4 AND 11 START OFF WITH THE FIRST-TRUMP RAPTURE
Rev 4:1 says, “After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in
heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking
with me; which said, COME UP HITHER, and I will shew thee things which must be
hereafter.”
Rev 11:1,2 says, “And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and
the angel stood, saying, RISE (i.e., in the First-Trump Rapture), and
measure the temple of God (i.e., we are the temple of God), and the
altar, and them (i.e., the saints) that worship therein. 2 But the court
which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto
the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months” (i.e., the last half of the
Tribulation, called the Great Tribulation).
2Co_6:16 says, “And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for
ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will
dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my
people.”
ONLY 42 MONTHS SEPARATE THE TWO RAPTURES, ONE
AT MID-TRIB AND THE OTHER ON THE GREAT AND TERRIBLE DAY OF GOD’S WRATH AT THE
END OF THE GREAT TRIBULATION
Therefore, there cannot be seven years
between the two Raptures (as I used to think).
“Rise” in Rev. 11:1 is egeiro, lift up, take up, rouse from death. It is
the First-Trump Rapture.
THE LAST-TRUMP RAPTURE IN REV. 11:12 IS ON THE DAY OF GOD’S WRATH
Rev 11:12,13 says, “And they (i.e., Moses and Elijah) heard a great voice
from heaven saying unto them, COME UP HITHER. And they ascended up to
heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them. (Therefore, those
left behind can see the raptured saints going up) 13 And the same hour was
there a great earthquake (i.e., the asteroid Wormwood impacted Earth), and the
tenth part of the city (i.e., Jerusalem) fell, and in the earthquake were slain
of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the
God of heaven.”
That “COME UP HITHER” is the Last-Trump Rapture. There is no earthquake at
the First-Trump Rapture. There is a gigantic earthquake at the Last-Trump
Rapture. The 24 elders are present both times.
This is not the Second Advent. That is still future, but Jesus is ruling.
He is seated as judge at the Judgment Seat of Christ on the day of the last
Rapture. While he is being seated, there is silence in both Heaven and
Earth.
Rev 8:1 says, “And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence
in heaven about the space of half an hour.”
Hab_2:20 says, “But the LORD is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep
silence before him.”
Rev 11:17,18 says, “We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art,
and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and
hast reigned. 18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and
the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give
reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy
name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the
earth.”
ONLY 42 MONTHS BETWEEN THE TWO RAPTURES
There are 42 months (3.5 years, or 1260 days) between the
First-Trump Rapture (Mid-Trib) and the Last-Trump Rapture (on the Day of God’s
Wrath at the end of the Tribulation, Rev 6:17; 7-9-14).
2Th 2:1-4 says, “Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord
Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, 2 That ye be not
soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by
letter as from us, as that the day of Christ (i.e., this is day of the Lord in 3
of our oldest Codices, see below) is at hand. 3 Let no man deceive you by
any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away
(apostasia, departure, i.e., the First-Trump Rapture) first, and that man of sin
be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself
above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth
in the temple of God (i.e., Mid-Trib), shewing himself that he is God.”
1. The Sinaitic Codex, 331 AD
2. The Alexandrine Codex, 1078 AD
3. The Vatican Codex, 1475 or 1481 AD
Copies of these were found after the KJV was translated in 1611.
THE WHOLE 2300-DAY TRIBULATION
Dan 8:11-14 says, “Yea, he (i.e., the False Prophet) magnified himself even
to the prince of the host, and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away
(Mid-Trib), and the place of his sanctuary (i.e., on the asteroid Wormwood) was
cast down. 12 And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by
reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it
practised, and prospered. 13 Then I heard one saint speaking, and another
saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision
concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give
both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot? 14 And he said
unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the
sanctuary be cleansed.”
Dan 9:27 “And he (i.e., the Roman prince that shall come) shall confirm the
covenant with many for one week (i.e., 7 years): and in the midst of the week
(i.e., at Mid-Trib) he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to
cease, and for the overspreading of abominations (i.e., idols) he shall make it
(i.e., the Temple Mount) desolate, even until the consummation, and
that determined shall be poured upon the desolate” (or desolator).
Dan 11:31 “And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the
sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they
shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.”
Dan 11:45 “And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the
seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and none shall
help him.”
Rev 8:10,11 says, “And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star
from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the
rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; 11 And the name of the
star (aster) is called WORMWOOD: and the third part of the waters became
wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.”
CONCLUSION
There are two Raptures. The First-Trump Rapture of I Thess 4:13-18 is
Mid-Trib. The Last-Trump Rapture of I Cor 15:51-54 is on the Day of the Lord at
the end of the Tribulation. The shortened Great Tribulation takes place between
the two Raptures.
Dan 12:6-10 says, “And one said to the man clothed in linen, which was upon
the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?
7 And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the
river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware
by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half
(i.e., 3.5 years); and when he shall have accomplished to scatter (naphats, dash
in pieces) the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.
8 And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be
the end of these things? 9 Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and
sealed till the time of the end. 10 Many shall be purified, and made
white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall
understand; but the wise shall understand.”

Blessings Mark.
I was quite
interested in reading about your connection between Pentecost and the Feast of
Trumpets. (I was unable to open your chart, and my Internet provider
downloaded all but the last 30 seconds of your video.). The Lord took me on an
in-depth investigation of Daniel chapter 8 during August and September of this
year. Multiple revelations came from that study, including the identification
of the abomination that leads to desolation. The result of this "abomination,"
will be a judgment and purging of the church. This is when the Father allows
the beast to persecute, terrorize and martyr the believers. (See Revelation
11:1 – 2, and Psalm 50). The "abomination," will result in the, taking away of
the continual for 2300 evenings and mornings.
Dan
8:11 And unto the prince of the host it exerteth
itself, and by it taken away hath been the continual sacrifice, and thrown
down the base of his sanctuary.
Dan 8:12 And the
host is given up, with the continual sacrifice, through transgression, and it
throweth down truth to the earth, and it hath worked, and prospered.
Dan
8:13 'And I hear a certain holy one speaking, and a
certain holy one saith to the wonderful numberer who is speaking: Till when is
the vision of the continual sacrifice, and of the transgression, an
astonishment, to make both sanctuary and host a treading down?
Dan
8:14 And he saith unto me, Till evening -- morning two
thousand and three hundred, then is the holy place declared right.
Dan
8:26 And the appearance of the evening and of the
morning, that is told, is true; and thou, hide thou the vision, for it is
after many days.'
Dan
11:31 And strong ones out of him stand up, and have
polluted the sanctuary, the stronghold, and have turned aside the continual
sacrifice, and appointed the desolating abomination.
2300 evenings and
mornings equals 1150 days. The beast is given 1260 days, along with the two
witnesses (mentioned in the same paragraph in Revelation 11). I had noted that
the effects of this abomination of desolation was 110 days shorter than the
time given to the beast and the two witnesses. I came to the understanding
that this was the, "for the elect's sake those days shall be
shortened."
Mat 24:15 ¶
When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel
the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him
understand:)
Mat
24:21 For then
shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world
to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Mat
24:22 And except
those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the
elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
I then went searching for a
"110 day" interval. My search was limited because this was not the primary
area that the Holy Spirit was taking me. But looking at the calendar for the
next year on the Karaite Korner website, I found
that there will be an anticipated 110 day interval between Pentecost and the
Feast of Trumpets in 2015. If this 110 day interval holds up for later dates
which might be associated toward the end of the beasts allotted time, it would
have the coming-out of a cleansed and persecuted church, who has made their
robes white, on a future Pentecost. It kind of fits, doesn't
it?
Shalom,
John
