I have no idea if I have an answer for you, but my first thoughts were that "Israel" presently is not, "in the land." Judah is "in the land." "True Israel," was taken into captivity and then eventually dispersed throughout the world. They are out there, but they have lost their identity. They do not know who they are. But the Father knows. Everything, such as prophetic judgments, that is coming against the earth, will effect every single individual, everywhere. The prophetic signs are warnings for everybody, though we have a tendency to apply everything toward the modern state called "Israel." Howbeit, the modern state of Israel is one of the primary focal points of many of the unfulfilled prophecies at this time, but they are not the only people who are in need of the warning.

These "four blood moons," occur on feast days that the Father has established in the Hebrew Scriptures. They are "appointed times." I believe that this is what really sets these "blood moons," apart from others. They are occurrences on the "Father's Calendar," and not man's.
