This was the date of the "Stand in the Gap" gathering in Washington D.C. It was estimated that between 1.5 and 1.6 million men were at that gathering.  Yes something very significant did take place.  It fits in the pattern presented by Luis Vega in his "Countdown to Jubilee" commrntary.
